Delicious food. It was really busy, and there was clearly a large party in the back, so the service was a bit inconsistent (we got our appetizer after finishing our entree). It was still a lovely meal.

I went there for a company event. From beginning (booking space) to end (event day) Terry was very helpful and friendly. The 5 course dinner with wine pairing was amazing. Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! You can buy your bottles of wine from their well stocked shop and have it with your dinner. Parking can be a challenge in downtown, but not for HASR. Lots of parking across the street and it's only a few bucks. A must go to restaurant! More...

Just celebrated my wife's birthday at this hidden gem. Delicious fare from appetizers to dessert Will definitely be back. They have a wine tasting room next to the restaurant where we purchased a few bottles to enjoy with our dinner . Terri, the owner was so gracious in making sure we had a great time...which we did. The service here can be bad and good, so don't let that stop you from going and from going back. The food has been uniformly good on our several visits there. It's air conditioned inside, and they have a courtyard outside but off the street, if that's your pleasure. It is a nice American restaurant without the tourists of Waikiki. More...

I love this place! The location is in Downtown, so parking is somewhat of a challenge... but there is a municipal parking lot across the street. There is live local music in the bar area downstairs & that's nice! The seating is very tight (especially on busy nights), but the food is good... which makes up for it!Staff is nice as well... close to Hawai'i Theater so you can grab a bite before the shows! More...
