A few days ago, I contacted Darrell, after a recommendation from a friend. I had a problem with insufficient memory on my PC. Although my computer is very old and the ideal solution was to buy a more up to date system, this was not an option for me. He was very prompt in response to my query and a remote look at the system, confirmed that this was the case. He collected the PC today and within a very short time, rang me to say that it was complete and could he bring it back.
