Clean and concise information with well thought out call to actions.
Your message needs capture the attention of the visitor and most importantly grab their attention to contact you and take up your product/service. You website is a digital representation of your business. Let it speak volumes about you when you cannot.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your short, medium and long term objectives for using digital media to market your business.

Intention -> Incubation -> Investigation -> Composition -> Compose -> Clarification -> Changes -> Completion
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
If they have a digital presence, hyperlinks to their digital website and social media accounts. A Copy of their company profile, or if readily available a project brief. If a client does not have a brief, I often walk this journey with the client on a simple step by step brief objective plan template. This helps us as a digital agency to understand the client and it helps the client understand how we work from creative process to execution of the project.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that more and more people and businesses are taking advantage of the great tools that are available from the Internet. I love equipping people and businesses with the tools to express their messages to finding their unique customers that will buy their products/services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I Started my business back in 2011 with the mission and vision of growing the digital journey of South Africa. And to much of my focus and determination I have achieved great accolades and achievements.

Beyond the accolades, media appearances (TV, Radio,Magazines) , awards and accreditation received over the past 12 years as Hashtag South Africa, I love the fact that customers have stayed with us since our inception, the element of trust and reliability have been values that have been the strong pillars that keep customers coming back to us.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer meetings via video call and face to face engagements. During COVID-19 we were able to secure client work across Continents. We have even established a division company to expand our work footprint, based out of Washington DC.
