What inspired you to start your own business?
I am an entrepreneur at heart, and love new challenges. I am the co-founder of a local transport company, Limetime Shuttle Service. 3 Years ago it grew to the point that my partner resigned his ‘normal’ job and took over the operations of the company. This left me to focus on my passion – marketing and all that goes with it I was able to increase our visibility by applying the most up to date SEO strategies, and developed our digital communications and marketing strategy. A few clients asked me to assist them with their websites, which led to me starting another new enterprise; hashtag-online. Even though I had 7 year’s hands on experience I realized that, I needed to obtain ‘formal’ qualifications in this field and completed a comprehensive course in Social Media Marketing, Graphic design and Website design. To date I have an impressive record of success and am proud that I also found that I am a great teacher, by empowering my clients to apply the basic principles to maintain their visibility.
