This was the best eating out experience we have had since our son was diagnosed coeliac over a year ago. He was delighted to learn that almost anything on the menu could be made GF. The food came out separately, was delicious and they even had separate GF tomato sauce. That was lunchtime yesterday and he has had no pain or other symptoms which is amazing. Had lunch at Hartleys today and couldn't have asked for better food or service! Being lactose and gluten intolerant, a long with lots other other foods I always avoid going out for food. Kevin (the owner) made sure from the start that I felt at ease about what I could eat and physically prepared it himself. There were lots of options for gluten and dairy intolerances which they take very seriously making sure that people like myself can have an enjoyable meal without worrying that you're going to be feeling ill within a few hours. Very good food very good service no complaints food was very well presented gluten free panini was as good as I remember the one's containing gluten to be also the coffee was nice and hot as opposed to other coffee shops that serve their coffee warm well worth the visit well pleased keep up the good work

Went in for a late breakfast before attending the Ice Hockey Finals at the Motorpoint Arena. The shop was much busier than a usual Sunday morning. Cost around £20 for 3 various breakfast rolls with large lattes. Very Good quality food although I always feel that city centre places like this charge about 10% too much! Served quickly, despite it being busy, and I would definitely use it again. Lots of customers getting take out food too, although we ate in. Recommended! More...
