The food was absolutely delicious!! I can’t remember our servers name, but she was very nice and knowledgeable with any questions we had, however with 8 people we were there for nearly 2 1/2 hours and found that it took quite a while before we were even asked if we were ready to order . .. aside from that it was a nice cozy and spacious dining experience! We have always had a really good experience at Harth. We’ve been there on 3 occasions, and so far, the quality has been consistent. The atmosphere is unpretentious, within a stylish setting. The restaurant is always busy, yet still relaxed. All of the dishes that we’ve had have been prepared perfectly, and are delicious. We can recommend the kale salad, liver pate, duck confit tagliatelle, short rib, and hangar steak. Other items look great as well. Pasta is handmade. There is a wide variety to choose from, from small plates to entries, and a la carte sides. The coffee is one of the best I’ve had in the city. I would describe the food as upscale comfort nouveau Italian. We haven’t yet tried the pizza, but it also looks delicious, and we’ve heard good things about it. Wine selection is very good. Service is excellent, and there is awareness re pacing, which I really appreciate. We will definitely return. More...

I was in a panic after yelp deleted my reservation to Harth for my boyfriend's birthday. The cause of it may have been because my phone was stolen so I never received a confirmation text and it was first time using Yelp so I didn't know it was necessary. However, even though my initial reservation had been taken already after receiving the message my reservation had been cancelled the restaurant acted quickly to accommodate us in the lounge. A wonderful culinary experience with "oh so" carefully prepared dishes --- Lovely presentation. In fact, my dinner was truly the BEST tortellini ever! ! Excellent beet salad to share, too. And absolutely go for the brussels sprouts side dish. Very attentive & super friendly service ... We had a fun, great waiter! Kind of made us feel like we were somewhere exotic. Superb wines as well. My boyfriend and I went for Valentine’s Day and it was SO good. My boyfriend made a reso a week before so we couldn’t get a table which I was a little worried about because I’m short and bar stools and me don’t mix. The seating was higher than normal chairs but SO COMFORTABLE. We got the meatballs and grill octopus to start. We weren’t wild about the octopus(sorry ). They took care of it which wasn’t necessary but super appreciated. We then shared the tortellini, steak and brocolini. The flavour in each dish were spot on. Fabulous new restaurant in our end of the city! Welcome Harth! We have been twice in 4 weeks and already planning a return visit. Between the 2 visits we have tried 4 of the pastas, quite a few appetizer and a pizze. The pizza oven turns pizzas out in 90sec approx - the over is at 850! They also accommodated my dietary restriction without issue. Great ambiance - sit at the pizza bar and enjoy the show of the guys preparing appetizers and pizzas or reserve a side booth for more privacy. Oh and the wine list! Excellent. More...
