I trained with Adam for about half a year on a weekly basis. In my case we were focusing mostly on upper body strength and physique. I enjoyed our sessions thoroughly and saw the effect on my body quite rapidly. Adam is knowledgeable about which muscles to specifically target and made every session something different so it kept being varied. I had trained many times with Adam, mainly in my local park, but also at my preferred gym. Each time Adam offered me the guidance that I need to get to the results I wanted and was fantastic to work with someone so motivated. He is very knowledgable and skilled, and it’s great as he supports me with my diet as well. But most, I like how flexible he is around my needs and schedule which makes everything so much better. Adam helped me get back into fitness after a massive break from it and have never had so much fun doing it. Every session is a laugh but I’ve also never worked harder in my life and the results prove it.
