I have many years of experience working with a wide range of people from ages 18-83 with a wide range of goals such as weight loss, mobility, strength, muscle gain, functional and more…I strive to ensure that you meet and surpass your goals with my dedication to each individual that I train and I am there to support you every step of the way in and out of sessions.
I am always educating not only my clients but myself as well, I do this to ensure I provide the very best service and experience possible and therefore helping you to gain the knowledge to live a healthier, more confident lifestyle.
There are packages to suit everyones aims and budgets with packages available in 1-2-1 training, group training and classes (such as Kettlebells, HIIT and Pilates)
I have gained qualifications in:
Level 3 PT, AFN Certified Nutrition, Pilates, Degree In Sports & Exercise Science, Circuits, Gym Based Boxing, Sports Nutrition and Studio Cycling.
All sessions are individually planned to meet your needs and goals. We take in consideration your exercise history and fitness and health requirements and needs to ensure that you get the most out of each session.
All packages include full assessments of posture and analysis of movement along with nutritional analysis and dietary advice from an myself, an AFN Certified qualified Nutritionist. We will also regularly analyse and check your body statistics which include measuring weight, body fat and body part measurements along with photos. Using these types of analysis we can accurately track your progress and see just how far you have come. These will be revisited at regular intervals to enhance motivation and give you the opportunity to boast to your friends how your hard work and determination has paid off and make them jealous.

What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because I get to help a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, exercise history and goals. It's a cliche but I love helping people achieve their goals and make people feel comfortable with themselves and feel great!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Running my own business allows me to interact directly with everybody I work with and can implement what people want into my business giving that personal touch every time.
