Each session is professionally structured and sustains my attention, as it is varied each week and I know that it is tailored to my specific fitness level and what I enjoy doing. Throughout the session, exercises are incorporated to ensure that my whole body is worked to the max and I feel stronger and fitter week on week as a result.
David’s knowledge on which exercises work which parts of my body really helps me to get the most out of each session, and alongside this, the regular body measurements that are taken provides me with a physical awareness of how well I am progressing.

We will get you to surpass your goals. We treat everyone as an individual and set realistic goals with simple to implement diet and nutrition advice along with an effective exercise regime.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work and commitment, it's that simple. Work hard in and out of sessions and follow a clean diet, with the occasional treat :-)
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because I get to help a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, exercise history and goals. It's a cliche but I love helping people achieve their goals and make people feel comfortable with themselves and feel great!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Running my own business allows me to interact directly with everybody I work with and can implement what people want into my business giving that personal touch every time.
