Janice's food was so amazing at the events I saw her at and we loved every bite at our tasting. Everyone loved the mac-and-cheese bar at the wedding. The only negative we've heard is the first round of sliders and tacos were a bit cold so they may have been sitting out a bit too long before the line opened but otherwise everyone said it was great. We ate our meals separately and everything was great and we got some to take to the hotel after for if we got hungry. More...

Janice and her staff made the most delicious food for our wedding! Janice is extremely professional and so easy to work with! She took our vision of a taco bar and turned it into a dream! She even made fry bread to allow our guest to make Indian tacos and represent my heritage! Janice and her team were so accommodating!! We have heard so many wedding guest rant and rave over how amazing our food was especially the queso!! My husband and I joke daily about having you cater a meal for our first anniversary!! Thank you Janice Harris and staff! I was blown away with the beauty of the buffet, decorated with a customized candelabra (which she surprised us with the night of the reception). The professionalism of the staff, awesome smore's bar, hot chocolate bar and delicious food were second to none. There were no worries for the parents of the bride and groom, we were able to enjoy the wedding and reception knowing the catering was top notch and the service to our guests was impeccable. Janice and her team are absolutely amazing! I used them for a 2-day conference for a non-profit organization I work for. Not only did she provide us with a perfect menu on the first try, she knocked the socks off the entire conference al while staying in our budget! The food is to die for and her staff went above and beyond what I expected. They were incredibly polite and made menu adjustments in the moment for specific dietary needs that I was unaware of so did not provide to them prior.
