However the team went through everything step by step to ensure a smooth and stress free transaction.From the day of agreeing to sign with Harrington's they took every chance to promote my property in every possible way, they took every precaution to ensure the right buyers were viewing my property and they did everything they could to get the best price possible. The pictures were professionally taken and the house looked amazing on their website.Within two weeks it was sold, and we were pleased with how it was handled. Never once was it a problem to ring up and ask a question, even booking me an appointment to go through the other paper work for buying my new property. Outstanding Personal and Professional Service
I first met Anne and Tom when I was looking for my first investment property 10 years ago and thought this is what a real agency should be like.
From the personal and warm welcome by your first name with a big smile when you visit to the being escorted to the door and seen off with a warm handshake, this just put the chains to shame. Based on my fantastic experience with Anne and Tom, I offered them the management of my full portfolio and would have no issue recommending them based on the outstanding service I have had. I just wish the chains where even half as good.
