My name is Harriet and I am a registered accredited Nutritionist (ANutr), I run 'Nourish the Mind' which helps you to form long-lasting healthy habits to improve your health. I offer online Nutrition consultations that support you to create, maintain and succeed in your health goals.

Your 1st Session. A chance to discuss your goals & current lifestyle.

Highlights of your first consultation:
-1 hour of dedicated time to your initial consultation
-Meet your Nutritionist for the first time.
-A chance to discuss your goals & aims
-We will work together to create a goal timeline that suits you
-After your onboarding consultation, you will be sent a free starter pack including, 3 habit tracking sheets, 5 food and hydration tracking sheets, & 3 reflection sheets. These can be sent physically or digitally.
-The first step in your journey to a healthier you.

This initial consultation can only be booked once per person. Thank you for your understanding.

Highlights of ongoing sessions:
-Habit & Progress Tracking
-Maintaining accountability with regular check-ins
-Making consistent progress with your chosen goals
-Building a trusting, positive relationship with your Nutritionist

Here is where your real journey begins. Once you have completed the sign on consultation and met your Nutritionist the Ongoing Nutrition Consultation is for you. This can be booked as often as you feel you need support. Nutrition coaching will be delivered to you online, over video chat.

The topic of these discussions are chosen by you at a pace you are comfortable with. Common topics include weight loss, gain and maintenance, creating a healthy balanced diet, meal planning, emotional eating, body confidence and respect, healthy eating behaviours and many more. You can choose to book as many sessions as you desire until you feell comfortable with each topic. For each topic, we will create personal and sustainable goals that work for you. Nourish the mind uses a 5-step habit success ladder to create long-lasting healthy habits. Each session is lead by you, which means there is no pressure to complete your goals in a set time frame.

An in-depth analysis of a weekly food diary, online session & report.

What this includes:
A full review of a 7-day food and drink diary
1-hour online session to discuss this feedback.
A follow-up report of the points discussed in the session.
Nutrition Education
To give you a greater understanding of your eating behaviours.
Although we will discuss daily food intake and nutrition during your ongoing food diary consultations this is a chance to take an in-depth review into your weekly food log. This service should be used in addition to your ongoing nutrition consultations.

Please be mindful that this is a non-refundable service, you can, however, change the date of your booking if your circumstances change. Your food diary must be sent one week before your online video consultation booking date to allow your Nutritionist a chance to review it. If the food log has not been sent NTM has permission to change the date of your online consultation.
