Med staff are NOT psychiatric Dr.
's or qualified psychiatric medicine personnell!!! Last individual I saw was only an RN!!!
There is constant overturn of personell.
If you require 'controlled substance' medication you are going
to have to get it from a different provider. These people are not qualified to prescribe. VERY BAD EXPERIENCES with this
facility in Lady Lake.

The office staff are so polite and nice and my doctor is great, does not make me feel rushed. The people you schedule your appt with are rude and short with you. They do not have any answer for questions and you are not allowed to talk to anyone in the office so you have to deal with them! More...

Paula and Nicki LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. The $75 fee is the WORST thing about this place and should be looked into by both administration and physicians. Sometimes - 24 hours should be enough.... OR extenuating circumstances should be taken into consideration. $75 for a missed appointment is a lot of money in general, but to require 48 hours instead of 24 hours is unprofessional and the reason a great deal of the people have left this practice. I had to go to the emergency room on the same day as my appointment so I called and cancelled. They still charged me a $75 no show fee saying I had to give 48 hours notice. I tried to explain that I was in the emergency room, I didn't know I was going to end up there 48 hours in advance, but it didn't make a difference I still had to pay a $75 fee.I had proof of being in the emergency room the same day but it didn't make a difference. I have been treated for my BPD and GAD for years by many different doctors. I have been in psychiatric care for 20+ years and with Harmony for 6 months. Dr Mohammed is one of the best that I have seen. He is kind, caring, and really tries to get to know his patients and the staff is so friendly. Even though I am on RXs that have worked for years and only really need to see him for counselling and refills, he treats me as if I was a new patient by talking to me and making sure everything is ok. After reading the other reviews, I can understand the frustration with the biling department and the $75 cancellation fee is very unreasonable. However, I don't believe that should cause a bad review of the doctor or staff unless you truly had a bad experience. More...

I was hesitant to find a new doctor after moving to the area. Turned out Dr. Adil Mohammed ended up being better than my old doc. He was very thorough in my evaluation and asked a lot of questions. He helped me work through my problems and for the first time I felt like I had positive support from a doctor who genuinely cared. Dr Adil Mohammed is by far the most compassionate and caring And dedicated doctor that I️ ever came across.. His ability to give people the ability to control their own thoughts and emotions is more effective then any other method that any Doctor I️ ever came across. I see a lot of low scores because of late and absent fees but that's unfortunately every psychiatric office I've ever been to. Having a mental illness and even kids on top of that makes it much harder for a person to make anything on time or even show up. Everyone empathizes with that, even the office crews who get chewed out every day. I have thankfully adapted and now have my appointments written in 3 different places and plan my entire weeks around them after years of late and absent fees at numerous offices. I've been to a couple of appointments so far and haven't had any issues, though I always show up early or on time. Melissa is definitely top tier when it comes to a specialist. Doesn't rush you, takes the time to explain things thoroughly, and asks at least twice if you have any more questions or thoughts before you go. She has a very pleasant demeanor and makes you feel comfortable. Pretty rare imo. More...

I was seen today by the staff and nurse pratcicioner and was treated in a very professional and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are caring people and make an extra effort to help patients. I will recommend this group of mental health professionals to anyone whom needs help. The other review posted by A. Acosta was sad that she felt her needs were not me.
