Excellent beef bbq. I had a brisket and sausage plate with potato salad and coleslaw as sides. Coming from the pork side of the beef/pork divide, it's nice to get some true Texas beef 'que. After we ate, I went out to the pit and talked to the owner/pit master, Ray Harmon. He showed me the smoker and a bunch of chickens and briskets that were cooking/smoking for tomorrow. We went to hear The Walk play live music last Friday. I ordered the smoked catfish ( on Fridays) and it was delicious! I can't wait to go back for more. This place has the best BBQ. Beats out the Rudy's chain any day. You can smell the BBQ cooking. The green beans and potato salad are on point and fill you up. Brisket and sausage are amazing and mouthwatering. Casual dining with chairs and picnic tables and country decor. They have a banquet hall in the back for events. Parking in the area is good as well.
