these guys are the best I have ever worked with. I've done several kitchens and baths over the years and hard rock seems to be the best by far. They had a huge selection and were very knowledgeable. the job they did for me turned out unbelievable and they went above and beyond. every person in their shop and every one that came to my house was just great to work with. Entire project went well. Matt at the show room was helpful in answering my questions and selecting the granite slabs. Justin who did the measurements did a great job of explaining my options, sink size and where the seams would go since my cabinets are from the late 1970's and are not as deep as newer ones. The installers, Chris and Nick arrived on time, did a nice install and even made a change to the back splash that looked better than the original plan. From the first time I stepped into Hard Rock and met Susan it was all uphill from there! I had been to 3 other granite stores and just wasn't feeling satisfied with the customer service. Not only is the showroom beautiful, it's organized! Susan was top notch in explaining everything! The man who measured (dave) was very efficient and showed us the layout on a laser drawing on a small computer. He was super helpful. Today we had installation, they called to say they were on their way. Jeremy and Joe were awesome. They took their time, were efficient and explained everything with a sense of humor that was a plus! OUTSTANDING!!! To say the least!! I started with a simple email for a quote. Dave in sales called me with in 24 hours and offered up a bunch of possibility's and prices. They came out too measure again another perfect experience. My hat goes out too the installer Gary!! wow this guy went out of his for even a simple bathroom job!! I"m in the customer service business myself and this guy top all my expectations by far! He even offered up some suggestions for my kitchen which will be my next project and will be going back to hard rock for that!!
