April the trainer is awesome at what she does; she practices tough love. She is very motivating, pushes you past your limits and ensures that you’re held accountable when you fall off track during your journey.
Her gym is a no judgment zone and the ladies that’s attend are very good at encouraging each other to continue to do their best.
I have struggled all my life with my weight and have never had results like I have with her. If your serious about your journey and aren’t willing to give up when it gets tough, I suggest you reach out and discuss your future fitness goals with her.

I have been training with April since February of last year. I have had an amazing experience with her so far and I plan on continuing my journey with her. She has a great work out space and she introduces you to all the equipment and machines gradually unless you are more experienced then she tailors a workout to meet your expectations. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Our diet is what starts the journey to healthier life and how well we will feel during our journey. There are alot of amazing foods we can eat and enjoy it.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All our clients that we train has their own fitness plan made for them, my goal is to find out what you like and dislike.
As a trainer I am here to help each client meet their goal and help the get over any hump.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I found that if you give yourself a goal each week that you know you can meet, it makes the journey a lot easier because you are is not that far away. this helps set you up for success and you will get that dream body.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients change their lives and seeing how happy they are at the end of their journey. I love what I do because health is very important.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I weighted 220 lbs over three years ago and now i weigh 150lbs I want to help clients meet their ideal weight
