What do you love most about your job?
I have always been an organised person, I like dealing with people and property .
I like to run my business smoothly, I don't like to go home with any unanswered emails or phone calls.
It is vital to build up good relationships with my leaseholders and this a focus of my company. I strongly believe in being very customer focused and don't expect anyone to use complicated software , we have a conversation.
Problems don't phase me, I try to be as helpful as possible when problems occur.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a leaseholder myself and at times felt like I was banging my head against a wall with lack of communication and transparency.
I felt I could do so much better, I started as an assistant for two managers, I then went on to become the youngest Manager in my company with the biggest portfolio. I was still not satisfied with the manner in which blocks were managed and went on to set up my own company. I manage my company from a Leaseholders perspective.

I will make time for you, I will listen to what you say, I will attend regular site visits and I do mean regular. I am often able to help with matters outside of my job description due to the contacts I have built up.
