Where do I begin...if you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, caring tax professional - this is your place and Tricia is your person! If you need to make sense of all your crypto-currency transactions for tax purposes these guys are the go to people for it.  These guys will take all the headaches associated with trying to accurately report your gains and losses so you can be compliant with state and federal tax reporting laws.  Don't assume just because everything is public record on the blockchain that it will be easy to reconcile all your trades and activities.  Especially if you had a lot of trades or transactions.   Downloading the data from your exchange(s) doesn't make it much easier either but Happy Tax will know what to do to reconcile all your transactions.  I will definitely use them if I ever buy any crypto-currecies in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.  Among a sea of accountants out there that claim to be specialized in crypto these guys are the real deal.  Thank you HappyTax! When I got a letter in the mail saying I owed a ton of money, and couldn't figure it out why, I called Happy Tax in search of some help. Tricia called me back within a few hours, and got an appointment set up for the first day I was available. She shortly explained what was going on and she told me on the phone that if it was something I could fix myself, she would tell me how to take care of it and send me on my way free of charge. I don't know about you but that's pretty awesome. It showed me she's truly wanting to help others. When I met with Tricia, she was incredibly friendly and easily pinpointed what had happened. She called the office, sent over the papers, and handled everything very quickly. When the office "lost" our fax THREE times, Tricia went above and beyond to get it to them and have it taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I came to Tricia, having no idea what I needed to file as a new business owner and knowing that I was filing pretty late without an extension. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, she walked me through exactly what she needed, set up an account and filed everything immediately. Because I filed late, she warned me that I may receive a penalty letter. Sure enough, I received a $3,000 penalty letter in the mail. Tricia immediately drafted a letter requesting leniency as a first time business owner. I waited 3 weeks and got another letter, this time with the intent to levy property, and the $3,000 now had interest. I immediately emailed Tricia (on a Saturday) freaking out. Thankfully, she happened to check her email on the weekend and immediately responded with a plan to call the IRS on Monday. She spent more than 20 minutes on hold, conference called me in to gain permission to handle my account and was able to get the penalty waived. To say that Tricia will go above and beyond for her clients is an understatement. This is her passion - helping small business owners navigate/stay organized on the business side of things so they can chase their dreams. So there's an extension of happy tax that also does crypto I was upside down had no idea what I was doing got involved in crypto last July with a meager amount just playing around next thing I knew I made alot of money happy tax didnt have alot of reviews on there crypto and I was already burned by one of those pay here crypto "cpa"'s happy tax helped me with my deadline to turn in my taxes they also walked me through all the process they were awesome and helped me save money and explained alot of diffrent things then also filed all my other taxes from regular work I strongly recommend using them

Let's be real. Taxes are daunting to me. I am sure they can be that way for a lot of people. So it is the best feeling to find a great business to work with through referrals. It really makes everyone's experience that much better when you find a gem! Happy Tax makes taxes EASY.Whether you choose to meet in person with someone, do everything online, or even use their mobile app the choice is yours! I was SO happy to do all my tax paperwork online at times that were convenient for me! From the start the pricing to prepare the taxes is very easy to understand and there are no hidden fees or charges. Tricia and the Happy Tax team are a dream to work with. They were VERY informative without overwhelming. They were always available and very responsive to my questions. From the initiation with Tricia getting all my documentation together and setting everything up, to filing, making payments, and then reviews over the phone with Bradley W.
