Michelle is truly passionate about dogs AND gets results AND is fairly priced. Our dogs are so well-behaved that people come up to me on a regular basis and say they wish their dog was as well-behaved as ours. I give them Michelle's number and tell them their dog can be too! More...

I own a very active boxer named Lucca. Michelle was not only patient with Lucca, but she was so patient with me as well. She is very positive and Lucca learned so much from her. Thank you Michelle. You are the best! More...

Michelle is awesome! You can tell she loves what she does. My 3 dogs are always super excited to see her. I have 2 Bassets and they aren’t easy to train, but she had them trained in no time! She’s patient and takes the time she needs for each pets personality. She’s thorough and leaves you with the tools you need to continue practicing for the week. I 100% recommend Happy Tails for anyone who wants their dogs to learn obedience or just some fun tricks!! More...

I heard about Happy Tails from a coworker right after I adopted a 2 month old deaf Queensland Heeler named Andy. I was completely overwhelmed and I didn’t know how to communicate with my new pup. One of the major problems we were having with Andy was that she wasn't potty trained, and we didn’t know where to begin when training a deaf puppy. I contacted Happy Tails and signed Andy up for the puppy potty training program, and after just 1 week with Michelle, she was entirely potty trained! I was in absolute shock when I got her back! We haven’t had any incidents since then, and I’m so happy we found someone as dedicated as Michelle. She gave me the tools I needed to communicate and connect positively with my sweet pup. I recommend Happy Tails to all my friends and family members with dogs old and young. I can tell that this is Michelle's true passion. Strengthening the bond between people and their canine companions seems to come naturally to her. I believe in their mission to rescue and train at risk animals, and I look forward to watching this business continue to grow! More...

Michelle is absolutely amazing! I watch her and her sweet pups everyday during their training. I've never met a more patient dog trainer and her methods truly work! All the pups and her sweet little cat trainer, lol, are friendly and well behaved. I would like to add that Michelle has exceptional patients when it comes to the neighborhood children always wanting to approach the furry students, including my own! We are excited to bring into our home our newest furry family member, sweet Molly! Thank you Michelle! More...

Q&A

I love seeing the moment a dog catches on to what we are training and watch him become so confident. It’s amazing what training can do for a dog and it’s extremely rewarding seeing the owner and the dog bond over their accomplishments!

I previously worked for Petco and was unable to do everything my clients needed and so many of the dogs were too anxious or scared to work at petco. Being able to go into peoples homes helps the dogs feel more secure and makes it easier for us to transition their training to other places more smoothly.

I will love your dog immediately and give them all my attention and give you all the best guidance you could ask for! I give longer class time frames to ensure you are confident in the training we go over and make sure you understand all training homework. I will be available for text and calls whenever you need me! I’m here for the dogs and more than anything I want them to be happy, to make hat happen, I know hat YOU need to be happy.
