The service is impeccable and they really were flexible in adapting to the needs of our pets. We were gone for a week, and received consistent updates on our pets. We came home to happy pets, and things exactly as we left them in the house. Recently, a family emergency occurred which left our pets needing immediate care. were able to accommodate us quickly with the sitter the pets knew from the first time.Our sitter (who we will call M for short) is so considerate, animal savvy, and focused on the pets, that they were more excited to see her again than anyone else we have seen visit the house! She is everything you could possibly hope for in someone caring for your pets when you are unable to. She even asked days after her job was done how one pet in particular was fairing. Such a sweet thing to do. Our pets are our “kids” and we would do anything for them, and would be lost without them. We used to worry when we’d be forced to be away from home overnight, but that is no longer an overwhelming feeling. Words can’t express how grateful we are to have a backup person, like M, who we are able to trust with our home and “kids”.
