My family of 8 used Happy Limo in Orlando from the airport to our hotel, then later in the week from our hotel to Port Canaveral for a cruise and back to the Orlando airport after the cruise. We had requested 2 car seats and they were in the car ready for us to install for all three legs of our trip. Our drivers were Marck, Kat, and Jorge and each one was Extremely Nice and Very Punctual. They each texted or called me before each trip to confirm where to meet and the time. Jorge even made a stop by a store to pick up Tylenol for our children!! We were So Very Pleased with all three of the drivers and would highly recommend Happy Limo Service to anyone in the Orlando area. They will be our first call on our next trip to Florida!! Two weeks ago I was going to WDW for a night and in the morning I was going to drive to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Due to an accident (on Thanksgiving) could not drive the rental I had arranged. I didn't think about this until I landed at MCO. I cancelled my rental and remembered many people commenting on how great Happy Limo Company was. I called them and they were able to arrange a car for the morning I had the greatest driver. He was prompt, pleasant and made the hour drive seem like minutes. From now on no more rentals. My family of 8 used Happy Limo in Orlando from the airport to our hotel, then later in the week from our hotel to Port Canaveral for a cruise and back to the Orlando airport after the cruise. We had requested 2 car seats and they were there in the car for each trip. Our drivers for our three trips were Marck, Kat and Jorge, each one was extremely nice and each one texted me ahead of time to confirm where to meet them and they were all very punctual. We used Happy Limo to get from Sanford/Orlando airport to a resort near Universal Studios. Amelia, our driver, texted us before we took off to confirm and was in contact with us when we landed. She was there waiting for us with a nice Lincoln SUV and delivered us safely at our hotel. I cannot say enough good about this company. My wife and I just went on our honeymoon and took a limo from the airport to our hotel in Cocoa Beach. Harry was our driver and was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. After we got off of our cruise, Louis (Luis?) was waiting for us at the pickup spot and made the transition incredibly smooth. Throughout the entire process all staff was incredibly friendly and honest. The gentleman who helped me to book my reservations was very knowledgeable in the airport and cruise processes and really helped to put my mind at ease and allow me to relax and know that we would be well taken care of. We absolutely loved working with Happy Limo and adored Harry! We opted to go all out with a limo on arrival day so that our birthday princess was escorted to Disney in style. Harry had a kid movie playing and kid friendly refreshments waiting for them in the car. When he dropped us off, my 3 yr old daughter announced how handsome he was. She asked about him every couple days of the trip and to our surprise he was our driver on the way back to the airport. (Regardless of if it was the luck of the draw, it was a nice touch in comparison to our experience with OTHER companies where the 2nd driver was rude and trying to hurry us despite needing a last min restroom trip in the hotel lobby for my son before leaving). Harry was polite, made us feel special, got us to our destinations safely and quickly, and was so enjoyable to chat with. We will MOST DEFINITELY be using Happy Limo in the future and will be asking for Harry hands down. P.S. on our way back we opted for a SUV and Harry was on point when my daughter inquisitively asked him how he “cut his car” � his reply without missing a beat that it’s magic just for her definitely added a touch of Disney we were sad to say goodbye to. We used this service last week for the first time for airport pick-up and drop-off. I read favorable reviews on both Trip Advisor and FB and decided to schedule with them. I am so happy I did. Donald "Duck" was our driver for airport pick-up and was waiting for us when we landed. Hashim was our driver for airport drop off and arrived a little early and got us to the airport in plenty of time. The vehicles were clean, the drivers both professional and friendly.
