What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Create a connection with your subject and capture images through empathy. In any session, there is always a connection to be built.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What do you envision? What story are you wanting to tell through these images? How can we make this the perfect photo session to fit your needs? Above all, what are YOUR needs?
What do you love most about your job?
I love the impact imagery has on the world. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, it better be one damn good picture, and that's where I come in....constantly striving to reach a level of imagery that needs no explanation, and that can be appreciated in every regard.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I started to grow a family, things changed. Most importantly, my understanding of time, and how I valued time, changed. I wanted to spend every moment possible, in something that meant something to me, while setting an example for my children, to let go of expectation, be yourself and follow your heart. My wife, my two children and photography are the loves of my life. So I will follow them, no matter what.
Why should our clients choose you?
The world is full of photographers and really great ones at that. However, finding one that is reliable and dedicated, with an ability to form connection and a comfortable approach to something that can be daunting, it difficult. I feel that I provide a solution to this gap. Photography, through trust.
