I don’t usually leave 5* reviews but I am so happy with the help I received from Abisoye, I wish I could rate 10 stars! She helped me deal with anxiety surrounding a new job, I wasn’t feeling so down about it and I was so critical of my own work. She taught me some anxiety busting techniques such as reading out positive affirmations in the mirror every morning, helping me to be proud of the work I produced and not to be so harsh on myself and that is just to name a few! After our sessions, I really felt much more positive not only in the workplace but also at home, with family and friends etc. I know if I ever need any help or counselling I will be going to Abisoye!
