Michele has lifted all worries and stress off our shoulders. Any question you have, she had an answer. I have never felt more at ease with planning my wedding than I do now. She spent an hour with e and two of bridesmaids just to clear up the million questions I had. She makes planning a wedding so stress-free, easy AND affordable. My husband and I were married at the Hanover Grande Ballroom on Saturday September 21st and we could not have asked for a more perfect day and experience overall! Midway through our planning we had received an email that we were getting a new wedding coordinator because our current one had switched jobs. You would think this would create a lot of stress after getting used to working with one person, but when Michele took over it was nothing but smooth sailing. She was attentive to our every need and made sure every detail of our wedding was handled with ease. We could not be more lucky to have had her to plan this amazing day with! She had a large bridal party to deal with (20 of us total) and she didnt bat an eye! The party loved her and had so much fun having her around during our special day!! Michele was extremely responsive to every email from myself and my mom (which was a lot) and made us feel relaxed throughout this entire process! I could not have asked for anything better and the venue itself was absolutely stunning! We had asked if we could see the ballroom alone once it was all set up to make sure everything was where we wanted it and it actually took our breathe away. Our vision of the room was brought to life from Michele and the other workers at Hanover. Stepping in to see everything before the night began made it that much more special to us. We also cant say enough about the staff who took care of us during our cocktail hour who made sure there was a limitless supply of drinks and food for all of us. The main dinner was also delicious!!! Hi Michele I just wanna thank everyone at the Hanover Grande Ballroom in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for making my dream wedding come true. It was more then a bride can ask for. Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff, the venue, wedding coordinator, the decor was magical!!! Oh and the food was delicious. All of my guest at the wedding enjoy every single touch the staff at the Grande Ballroom put out. They exceeded my expectations for sure. Loved my wedding here. My wedding coordinator was great and willing to work with us as far as pricing went. The servers were really sweet and took care of us and gave us what we needed as far as drinks and food go. The bridal suite was beautiful and super comfortable and a great perk to being able to have my wedding there. I would definitely suggest having your wedding here at the Ballroom. We had our wedding here two weeks ago and I can’t say enough good things! The food was delicious and the venue came together so beautifully. But most importantly, the staff and service we received was amazing! Layla was there for us every step of the way to help plan everything and made sure everything went so smoothly the day of. Lord knows how many venues I've been to and at that point, I was getting pretty frustrated. Out of nowhere I came across Hanover and made sure to call to make an appointment. As soon as I step foot in that place I was in Heaven. I felt all of my worries get lifted off my shoulder. Where they have cocktail hour is so different from any other place and the ballroom is gorgeous. What caught my eye was the bridal suite. Usually, it's just an empty room where they usually have a conference. Well, not this place. It looks like a VIP lounge. I was praying to God that they will have my date since I was having a September wedding and you everyone wants a fall wedding. When I told her my date and she told me they had it, I jumped for joy and booked that same day. My wife and I had an amazing wedding reception at the Hanover Ballroom. This was the third wedding in my family at the Hanover. Layla was an excellent Coordinator during all the planning up to and through the evening of the reception. She was with us every step of the way and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process of picking every detail. Layla also worked with all of our vendors and kept solid communication with them including the day of our reception. All of our food choices were top notch and tasted delicious. The ballroom itself was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of our guests and activities. From a guest standpoint, I give them 5 stars. Attended A lovely Friday evening wedding where the bride and groom were married there also. Beautiful setup for the wedding, followed by open bar and hors d’oeuvres including different types of shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops, mini cheesesteak egg rolls etc. served in the Fancy Bar area with a signature mudslide drink. Everything was really good. That was followed by an incredible dinner back in the Ballroom with hand-carved turkey and prime rib, a mashed potato and sweet potato bar with all kinds of toppings, sausage, chicken, vegetables, salad. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our wedding! We got engaged two years ago, and after several other venue tours, we decided to tour the ballroom and were immediately sold. We started out working with Gina and Amanda, and then worked with Layla toward the end of our planning process. Everyone was so helpful and wonderful to work with. They were quick with responding to all of our questions, and went above and beyond to making sure we had the most amazing day. My husband and I just had our wedding here on March 19th 2016 we had the most amazing experience working with this venue!! ! Not only were Gina and Amanda amazing at helping us to make our day the most special moments in our life but the Best western hotel staff was just as polite and amazing as well!!! From blocking and booking rooms to hosting us at there Restraunt to hosting us to our after party at the Bar with no name we were just treated like the most important people in the whole place and not just us our family from all over were treated just the same! I would 200% request them to be the venue for your wedding !!! Our Ceremony was beautifully set up along with our Amazing set up for our reception! The staff was very tentative not only to us at the reception but to our guests as well!!! Food was amazing not one complaint! Everything ran perfect nothing was out of place for the wedding and if anything did go wrong nor myself, my husband , and guests didn't even know about it!!! We just had our daughter's wedding this past weekend and Gina and Amanda were awesome!! From the very first meeting ,I was at ease with Gina, and her staff! ! I was married on Valentine’s Day 2015 at this venue. Where do I start, for the very beginning to the end Gina and her staff were professional, and friendly, Gina worked with me through changes, ideas, suggestions, etc. She was just amazing. The room was radiant for the occasion, a wedding with a touch of Valentine Day. I had so many compliments of the food and her staff. I had over 200 guest with 60 rooms booked at the hotel.

From day one of deciding which venue to choose to the closing minutes of our reception the staff continued to exceed our expectations. They helped us with making our dream wedding a success and addressed our concerns with their upmost attention helping us to feel stress free with the process. My wife and I had our wedding at Hanover Grande Ballroom this past Saturday and we could not be more satisfied. The room was perfect and beautiful. Piece of cake did an awesome job on the cake. Everything was flawless. The food was PHENOMINAL. I was told by every guest (even some who fancy themselves as food critics) how amazing they thought the food is. Someone said they just gave up on wedding food because it always sucks and this is the first one they've ever been to where they enjoyed the food so much. Gina was fantastic throughout the whole process. She was very communicative and helpful and guided us every step of the way. Amanda, the maitre de was also tremendous. This was the second event that I attended here, and it was even better this time around, I didn't think it was possible! ! The staff was polite, courteous, and took care of all the wedding party's needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we were where we needed to be, and had everything we wanted/needed. The venue, inside and out, was gorgeous!! The food was delicious, fresh, and at the perfect temperature. My wife and I were insanely fortunate to have won the wedding package of a lifetime!! The first two names that were called in the drawing were no shows , on the third attempt our hearts dropped when we heard my wife's name! . The wedding was exceptional! My husband and I had our wedding reception here. We planned for 2 years with Gina and her staff. The entire planning process was better than I could have thought. All of our thoughts and details came to life on our wedding day. The moment we arrived to the venue - myself, my husband, our bridal party and guests were treated with the upmost respect. My husband and I commented to one another that we felt like royalty that evening. We got so many compliments on how amazing the food tasted and how beautiful everything was in the ballroom. I loved that my husband and I got to view the ballroom privately before our guests - it was a magical moment. We could not be happier with the choice we made having our reception here - cost efficient and exactly what we envisioned and beyond. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a venue!
