Hannah has an amazing way with dogs! She is always so accommodating with appointments for us and such a lovely and friendly lady. Carlos (my cavachon) was petrified of going to the groomers when he went elsewhere, it got to the point where we stopped going. Hannah spent a lot of time and effort making Carlos feel comfortable going to see her (every 6 weeks). Carlos adores Hannah and enjoys his visit for his ‘spa appointment’. I have been taking my dog, Stanley, to Hannah for grooming for five years, and she has been awesome throughout. Her love of dogs is so apparent, I have no qualms recommending her to anyone. Stanley really hates having his nails trimmed, but Hannah has worked with him patiently over time to eventually earn his trust. He still isn't keen on having his nails done, but he will now allow it. Hannah is great with our dog Hazel. Hazel always comes back from her groom looking perfect - clean, tidy and happy! Hannah is literally the first groomer we have had where Hazel will literally walk in wagging her tail (as opposed to passed ones we had where she would try to tun away). So 5* plus!

Hannah groomed my four year old Shih Tzu cross Luna for the first time last week. I was worried because she is not good with new people and is extremely nervous but Hannah was so patient and advised that she would have a few meetings with her first to get her used to the environment, she used amazing techniques and Luna really took to her.
