The fact that when you genuinely enjoy what you do then it isn't really a job but more like an enjoyable hobby.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personally I believe the biggest perk of having my business is the flexibility of spending time with my children. For this specific reason I decided to leave Samsung (last job prior to founding my business) and take the leap toward small business ownership.
