I was moving to Grace from London. Looked online a lot until I chose the moving company for my move, then started receiving different quotes and here is how I hired Handy Moves. They appeared to provide the most professional service and fair flat pricing. They were that nice to explain me all the moving process into details, as I was quite inexperienced at it, especially when relocating to an area out of London. Handy Moves is a company that takes responsibilities of its mistakes and tries to correct them in a timely manner. When some problem issues arose with my long distance moving, I immediately contacted the office and Claudia found the best possible solution to solve my case. Handymoves caught my attention as they were the nearest movers between the new and the old flat we hire. With so many reviews on the network about them, I invested some personal time to read their pros and cons, and generally what is people’s opinion about them.

I spoke with Jenny on the phone and she’s like described on the review: friendly, sociable, honest and professional. This was the best customers’ service I’ve ever received in my life, provided by her. Seriously! The real move took three hours and a half, we didn’t have a fixed starting time – between 8:30 and 9:30, they arrived at 9 o’clock and started immediately to work, forty minutes were need to get all the items on the truck, the rest of the time was travelling and unloading.
