What can I say, these guys are just fab. I visited their Hull clinic for a massage on my neck, as I get a lot of stiffness and pain there from sitting at a desk a lot, and this is also where I seem to store up tension. Felt lighter than air after my treatment and much more comfortable. Not only are the Hands That Heal team highly professional and hugely skilled at what they do, they're lovely people too, very approachable and caring.

I have been using Lisa at Hands That Heal for almost a year now and she is brilliant. She is always professional and goes out of her way for her clients. Lisa works on my neck and shoulders as I suffer with tension and migraines. After my mum had a nasty fall, I had no hesitation at all in referring her to Lisa to aid her recovery which she did to my mums delight! Lisa will help you on the road to recovery whilst offering a professional, good value, caring service! I joined as a client but I'll leave as a friend!

I previously Tryed to post a review some months ago but lisa was experiencing some problems with nasty trolls with nothing better to do with there time than bring down hard working people!!!!
Lisa and her team are exactly that and more, both me and my partner have had serious issues with our necks and backs over the years and after undergoing months of NHS so called treatment to no avail, i abandoned them and went to see Lisa who was recommended by a friend.
Lisa examined me, told me the problem, discussed with me the treatment i would require and gave me a treatment plan and costings.
Cutting to the chase Lisa sorted me out after months if not years of problems which the NHS failed miserably in, even after my first session I felt like I new man, after 4-6 weeks I was sorted..
I can not recommend this lady enough, many talk the talk but she definitely walks the walk.
Keep up the good work guys xxx

Have to tell everyone of the fantastic job that was done by @[508362221:Lisa Wiles]. On Saturday in the last game of the season i was tackled and unfortunately snapped my fibula in turn dislocating my right foot from the socket, under great pressure Lisa made the decision to snap my foot/bones back into place. Paramedics commended her on the fantastic job she did as well as how professional she was the whole time. Thank you so much Lisa i honestly can't thank you enough. A fantastic person to have in a situation like that! See you soon to at least buy you a pint on sunday!

I was in all sorts of bother with my hips, knees and elbow a few months ago before Lisa was able to sort me out! She is truly brilliant, extremely supportive and understanding, and was an absolute godsend in relieving some of my maladies. I play paralympic table tennis for Great Britain and I am truly grateful for her managing to get me out of what was a 'bit of a pickle'. Thanks HTH

Treated as part of Pocklington Rugby Club, the Hands that Heal team are fantastic we have multiple staff members treat us twice weekly and they are all excellent. Managing with a lot of niggles and injured bodies and always managing to get us in the best condition for match days, would 100% recommend to anyone carrying short or long term injuries or pain.

Always a fantastic service and I'd recommend to anyone serious about training. Really knowledgeable and definitely know their stuff. The sports massages are great for loosening up the body and meaning I can train much better than I could otherwise and stay uninjured! Cheers for the help guys

Kev was brilliant at helping me with a whiplash injury after a car accident. He took the time to listen and advise as well. I have met some of the other team at Hands That Heal and they all seem lovely and do a good job. I can't recommend them enough.

Huge thanks to all the guys at Hands That Heal. I am now pretty much pain free in my back thanks to Kevin. And, as long as I keep myself flexible, I should stay pain free. Highly recommended, very professional, and just nice people!

Wow I've recently found out how brilliant this physio service is! After recently injuring my foot during marathon training and struggling to walk without pain, I booked an appointment with Kev.
Kev really knows his stuff, he explained everything and was quick to work out the cause and get a treatment plan in place - 2 days later I could run without any pain! Amazing!
After a follow up appointment with injury prevention advice, I'm now getting back on track and to where I want to be. Huge thanks Kev!
I'd 100% recommend a trip to Hands that Heal - they'll get you sorted out!

After 7 months of crippling pain in my hips and lower back, it only took one session with Martyn and one session with Kev to have me pain free. Thank you so much, you’re both amazing.
I highly recommend them.

I have been seeing Martyn for over a year and a half to deal with a recurring shoulder problem resulting from sports which has taken time to rectify. Martyn has helped me deal with the problem through a combination of therapy and exercises to deal with the underlying problem. I would happily recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

So thought it was time I put my own personal recommendation on here. Lisa and her team where recommended to me after nearly 10 years of agonising back pain to my facet joints, herniated discs to name just a couple. Approx 7 years on 80mg of morphine a day to be topped up with oramorph when required amongst other pain relief. 5 months in I can put my hand on my heart and advise anyone with back pain too see this team. I'm now down to just 40mg of morphine a day. No oramorph top up and just paracetamol to help me if required. Not gonna tell pokies and say it has been a breeze. But if you believe in your physio, do as your asked and don't mind elbows in muscles you never knew you had you are onto a winner. I've spend 10 solid years looking to be pain free. Had injections galore, minor surgeries, NHS physiotherapy, seen many consultants along the way, but nothing has compared to the relief Lisa has given me. 100% bang on is this team. I would not go anywhere else.

Thank you Lisa and Team. Oh and John-paul for telling me all about Hands that Heal xx

Went to hands that heal after suffering with a painful neck and limited movement after a car accident and all I can say is that Kev is magic. He talked me through everything: why I was in pain, what he was going to do to help me, and what I could do to help myself.

Although I was referred to hands that heal through my insurance, if I ever need to see a physiotherapist ever again, I would 100% go back to Kev. Within 5 sessions he took my pain from a 10 to less than a 1, and I can’t thank him enough for everything.

Saw Kevin for my 2nd time today.... carnt recommend him enough!!
I regularly have massages and Chriopactor sessions over the years for my broken body. Hairdressing for 20 years does that!
My first session helped with my posture issues, always have shoulder and back problems, and I've improved vastly in 4 weeks. Today Kevin work with my hips, which a very tight, and have 0 mobility.... and I feel like I have a new pair of legs!!!
Hopefully over the next 4 weeks of working out, and exercises he's given me will further improve everything!!!!
