Grace - The RMT is a highly skilled and professional RMT . She relieved my tensed muscles in the neck, arms and shoulder area and within 1 hr by 70% my pain was reduced. I made another appointment to come back next week to do a massage again with her. She also showed me some great stretch techniques after the 50 Min massage to do in the morning and later at night before heading to bed, and I am doing that. I have been using this location for the past year and have never had anything less than a wonderful experience. All the staff are super friendly and are always looking out for you. My massage therapists are always very thoughtful and provide an experience that is customized for me. It isn't a cookie-cutter appointment like many other places. This review is a little over due. I signed up for the membership option and it is great and easy. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. After attending for a few sessions I was set up with Chris and he's fantastic. He knows his stuff and uses the time very effectively. When I show up for my sessions he covers off what we did last time, asks how they feel, great attention to detail. He always asks what the focus should be for the current session and recommends a plan.I do Muay Thai as a sport which causes a lot of muscle pains and strains. Chris also does Muay Thai and Kick boxing as well as has knowledge of other martial arts. He understands the sports and what things they cause and how to address them. Totally awesome. It was the perfect experience from beginning to end. From the moment i walked in and was greeted by Shana, she made me feel welcomed and relaxed. My RMT was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I had the hotstone massage. My favourite spa place in Toronto! I love this location, hand and stone. The massage therapists are well trained and informative. They have always asked me which area they should focus. I get tenssion headaches often and they disappear everytime I visit this place. It is clean, private and..super clean! I feel calm and relax when I visit the spa that can enjoy the good massages. The perfect environment. I love their heating pads too. I get cold easy that massage experiences at other palces used to be unpleasant but at this place, I know I will be taken care of. Great staff, I find them very polite and patient when dealing with customers. They have a large pool of massage therapists to choose from. I had a great facial with Christina using their Diego Dalla Palma line who gave me a wonderful hand massage during the steam. She carefully listened to my skin concerns and gave me a wonderful facial massage. I was floating on air by the time she finished!One thing I enjoyed was the aromatherapy aspect to the Diego line that is a bit different than Dermalogica. Over the last 15 years I have had many sports and work related injuries ranging from dislocated shoulders to bursitis, back strain and repetitive strain in my wrists. I have had well over 200 massages from a variety of different practitioners located around the GTA. I have experienced great massages and poor quality ones. This place has one of the best spa services I have visited in Toronto. I have been to the big pricey spas and even the other spa chains like Sutherland Chan. There was a sale for March break which got me 2 hours of massages/facial for 160$. There always sales going on which is fantastic.My facial done by Maria was fantastic, it didn't hurt when she removed my black heads.
