I have booked a lesson with them but due to covid it has been cancelled. I have asked for a refund and it took ages for the owner to answer to my email. I have phoned I don't know how many times: whoever was answering me didn't know why this was taking so long and they promised me that the owner would have called me back:it never happened. I had to speak to my bank to try to get my money back. Very poor service. Never again. More...

Sorry, just need to put the record straight.
Sean, your response to my review contains some misleading information:
I didn't turn up to classes because YOU cancelled them
I explained why I was unable to attend later in the year and politely requested a refund. You spoke to me in a condescending manner as if I was stupid.
I am legally entitled to a refund according to the consumer rights act, 2015. As a service provider, you should make yourself familiar with this piece of legislation.
As for malicious lies, well, that is something that you most certainly are familiar with
That's all

Awful, just plain awful. Never known a business be so disrespectful to their customers

Do not even know you! Never registered with us, so have never used us! Bogus review, probably affiliated to another keyboard warrior. Ignore this.

Dreadful level of customer service. Owner needs some training in social interaction skills. Give this place a wide berth.

You didn’t show up for class, then demanded a refund which you were not entitled to. No good being a bitter keyboard warrior. Ignore this review it’s simply malicious lies.

Seemed good at first and went for some time, but after my dog got severely bitten, damaging his eye and leg to the bone, I realised I should have done my research: The dogs are not vetted before showing up and being allowed in the play session at the end, a preventative measure that is absent due to the show up on the day policy, (my new trainer thoroughly vets first and sessions are ONLY pre-booked so you know who's coming, dogs with issues are not allowed in group sessions from the outset); Sean and his loss of thousands in court cases against him over the lack of control of his own dogs at home; google his training - anyone unqualified can pay a few quid for a few days series of short courses, Sean's use of 'pop' the lead and choke chains, when my dog refused in classes - which is a bad sign, resulted in neck damage to my dog. My new trainer has a degree in animal behaviour, my dog wants to comply and does not need force. Chrissy, who wrote a 5 star review, is Sean's girlfriend. More...

Your dog got attacked as it intervened between two dogs that had been playing nicely for five minutes. When your dog Bailey showed a lack of social skills, it got told off. I rescued your dog from the attack. I have never used harsh training methods with your dog. Yet another individual who cannot accept their dog may have been the guilty party so leaves an unjustified and ill informed review. Hide behind your keyboard.

Started going here awhile ago. Initially was good. Until Xmas. Had a slot booked for it to be cancelled with out explanation. When I asked was given a feeble excuse. Went along at the time my slot had been cancelled. To see a couple in the field and Sean / owner, had let his dog in with them. Clearly they all knew each other and there custom was more important than mine. Also my mum paid for 1 to 1 £40 but never received the written report. After my first visit I did give 5 star but changed it and updated review to a 3 on there Facebook. But they have deleted it. So there 🌟 rating is not a honest reflection off there business. I've since found somewhere much better. Shame really as it was very local and initially went quite frequently :( More...

I did not let my dog I. The field with the clients dogs as not only was it for their personal use but had no need to. Their GSD bitch Sassy was aggressive which is why they wanted to use the secure field. Maxine you little (actually BIG) liar. Report was sent. If didn’t receive just ask?

Very friendly and professional. Very good facilities. I have a rescue Lurcher cross who was very insecure due to his traumatic start in life. We are now learning agility and his obedience classes have helped him to cope with working with other dogs and their handlers, and bonding with me has gone from strength to strength. He also gets time in the exercise field as well as play time with other dogs after a class. This is essential for him as he cannot go off lead out on walks. Thanks to Sean he is now a happily socialized dog and enjoying life to the full. More...
