This is our first time working together on this project. From the beginning to end, Ms. Francis was a joy to work with. She was readily available for site visits. She found information that made the permitting process easier. I will definitely work with her in future projects. I definitely will recommend her knowledge and services to all.

While I've worked with a lot of business folks, and particularly real estate and construction owners, I did not have a source for architect services.
I found Bark ( my first time using) and requested/solicited four of the folks that were listed.
Three out of the four responded.
But, Francis Hamilton response was the most thorough. In addition she was willing to come see the project and review my needs within a couple of days. The other responses wanted to "get details" as much as possible by web and phone and then submit a proposal.
This convinced me to hire Francis.
I was pleased with her work. She investigated at the county some of the special factors, made two onsite inspections to clarify and confirm the requirements of the project , and then delivered the results in a timely manner.

Francis deserves strong consideration.

Ms Hamilton was very patient and listened to me explain what I needed an advised me on how to move forward... Her fee's were more than reasonable and she was able to take the drawings I created and add her touch to them so that they were what was required in getting a permit to do my add on.
