Friendly helpful staff. Great accessible venue although it does have a steep ramp or steps to navigate. Aerofit and MS therapy classes are inspirational. Pool changing village is good. Only one disabled changing room with private shower and toilet as well as a changing places bed. Need to use a shower chair to enter the leisure pool which is hard to negotiate because of the anti slip matting. Takes at least two people to push the chair up or down the slope . I use this on a weekly basis for my children's swimming lessons. It's a good facility but could do with the shower areas being squeegeed more regularly as lots of bits on the floor.
Could do with more family changing. It used to have a big communal room for families that worked well when I was a kid. No balancing babies on small benches in the changing cubicle when the few family ones are in use.

Friendly staff and great service. The pool is slightly cooler than other Halo pools I've been to but is cleaner than the rest so I think it's an acceptable payoff.
The gym is well equipped but at the time I go to find tgat there is a lack of gym staff if ever I needed one.

Good pools and friendly staff. The down side is the poor times available the majority of the time due to lessons/club.
