What do you love most about your job?
Working with people means that no two days are the same for me, and I absolutely thrive on the challenges that brings. As a Consultant, I get to work with different businesses alongside different people, and this again adds a new dynamic to my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been ambitious and starting my own business was always a goal for me from a very young age. Being self-employed and having the freedom that brings allows me the worklife balance I need.
Why should our clients choose you?
I pride myself on not only being an academic expert in my field, but also commercially aware HR Practitioner. This allows me to balance the needs of the business with the needs of the law, and professionally and pragmatically tailor my approach when supporting managers and Company Directors alike. I am approachable and do not speak in HR jargon when communicating with my Clients, but instead work with them and treat their businesses as if they were my own.
