After the system was installed back to front with the lace at the back, I had to endure the pain of having the system pulled off with no lace release or bond remover, it was then reapplied only to not bond correctly, had to travel back again only to have again the system pulled off.
Response from manager when complaining - need the goods back mad if you are totally unhappy you need to return your goods you purchased
The saying cannot have your cake and eat it
If you are ungappy with any goods in life
You need to return the system
As you cannot keep using a product then ask for all off it back
Look upon the hair like buying a car if you are not happy with the car
You do nit get the chance to keep it also you ordered the wrong system
So we helped you out on the day

I was apprehensive about the process but after a consultation with Steven he put my worries to bed with his knowledge and I went ahead with an appointment. I've been very impressed with the quality of the product and also been very impressed with the customer service from him and his team.I went in with a small problem which was more me not knowing the ins and outs of wearing a system, and Steven was more than happy to help me and it's things like this that really stand out and it's safe to say he's got a loyal customer in me.Overall it's a professional service and his team are very good, chatty and friendly. Firstly, I’d just like to say that this is the best money you’ll ever spend and it’ll change your life for the better. 100%. It is expensive, but I wish I had done it sooner. Also, this isn’t my real name. I set up a new account so that my friends don’t see this review on my account. I’ve had my hair system for 4 months and the only people who know are a couple I’ve told.I started losing my hair when I was 17. At first it just receded a bit. I thought it was a maturing hairline. But then when I was 19, it started to thin all over. I started using toppik when I was nearly 22 and that worked really well for over a year. 4 months ago it had got to the point where I had a bald spot the size of a saucer on the back of my head and my hairline was a mess. It was really difficult to cover it all up with the powder and I was sick of having to do it every morning. It was costing me about £80 every month. Wind and rain were a big problem. And it was on my mind constantly.I had already heard about hair replacement systems because I’d been looking for a way out for a long time. I was too young for a hair transplant and you only have so much donor hair anyway, so this seemed like the best option for me.I sent Stephen a message on the website and he rang me within a day. He was really pleasant on the phone so I went to Manchester for a consultation. When I got there I met him, his mum (who works on reception) and Neil (The stylist). I did have a lot of reservations because it was a massive step and there were things I wasn’t sure about but they were all lovely and made me feel much better about everything. I put a deposit down and went back two weeks later to get my system.That was 4 months ago. I’ve been on holiday twice, for a total of 4 weeks. I’ve done most of the maintenance myself, with the help of my mum. The self maintenance is a personal choice because I can’t afford to go back and have it done every few weeks. I taught myself to take it off and do the cleaning and re bonding but I’m sure Stephen or Neil would be happy to show you how to do it if traveling to Manchester regularly is a problem, as it is for me. I have been back once to have it done at the salon, just before I went on holiday for three weeks. I wanted to get it done professionally to make sure I’d have the best chance of it lasting the whole time I was away. You have two types of bonding glue; ghost bond and clear bond. I usually use ghost bond because it’s less messy and easier to use. The downside is that it doesn’t do well in heat. It turns white and breaks down when your body temperature rises. This is my personal experience anyway. It’ll be different for everyone depending on your personal body chemistry. Anyway, ghost bond wasn’t going to cut it for three weeks away in a hot country so I went back to Stephen and Neil and asked them to re do the system with clear bond. It lasted the whole time I was away without any problems. Some people might get four weeks out of a bond, but I cannot. That’s down to my body chemistry. Things like sweating and heat make the bond break down more quickly. As for the quality of the system, I don’t have anything bad to say. I was told it would last me three months. I’ve had it for four so far and the density, while less than when new, is still great. The color has faded, but not unnaturally. Stephen does also offer re coloring as part of the service. The system base is a mixture of lace (not sure if it’s Swiss or French) and poly (skin), and even though I’ve had it off probably ten or eleven times, isn’t noticeably stretched or warped at all.Regarding Stephen and his colleagues, they’re great. They’ve changed my life and I’m nothing but grateful. I had a lot of worries before getting this done and they made me feel welcome and at ease. Amazed at the quality of both the product and Manchester hair systems staff.They were very honest from the start that I didn’t need a system, I just didn’t have the patience to let my hair grow! I had endless questions, some of which were probably common sense but was actually encouraged to ask more. Stephen responds evening/weekends and couldn’t be more helpful, even directing me exactly how to condition and dry it the following day.It was very relaxed, Neil is a highly skilled barber and Sylvia also has a strong understanding of why people opt for this treatment and an in-depth knowledge of the products.The result is excellent and beyond my expectations. Well what can I say after struggling for years constantly wearing a cap, I came across hair systems Manchester on google as well as other places but this has the most reviews as this was a very big step in my life when you see on YouTube how hairs system are fitted, so I called Steven and went through a couple of things we must of spoke for half an hour at no minute did he try to come off the phone so I booked for a consultation, when arriving at the clinic I met with Steven and his mum and I couldn’t believe how they both got me from feeling 0 to 10 so I decided to go with the hair system, I had to wait about 3 weeks for my hair to grow around the side, so yesterday was my fitting day soon as I turned up I was greeted by Stevens mum and what a lovely most respectful person she is you couldn’t come across a nicer person, Steven came down and again he made me feel great we had a chat and he made me feel 100 percent I can only give my word but if people are suffering like I did I would highly recommend to come here, not only Have I phoned Steven quite a lot theres never a time where he does not answer or he will call me straight back, he talks you through and is there to help anytime of the day this has change my life totally I would just like to thank Neil for the amazing cut and making me feel welcome, Steven and his mum for putting my confidence back to 100 percent you are real genuine people and I respect what you have done for me I’m speechless thank you so much guys.

Well what can I say? Stephen has been an absolute legend. I was made to feel welcome straight away. After my consolation I came away thinking this was definitely the place to have my system fitted. The knowledge and the personal care that he showed was unbelievable. Stephens mother is a great addition to the team as she is so honest and welcoming. On the day of my fitting I was taken care of by Neil. He is by far the best barber I have ever visited. Between them all they have given me my life back. I cannot thank them enough. To all of you thank you so much. I feel as good as I did as when I was 21 and I am now 45. If anyone is having second thoughts give it a try you will not regret it.
