I like playing with my hairstyle and somewhat I am fascinated with curly hair. I am so happy with the service and the extensions! They took the time to help me find the right kind of extensions for my hair. The first extensions I received did not match the curl in my hair, so I was happy that the return and exchange policy was easy. Really enjoyed the experience here at hair maiden India I dealt with Carlos the whole time and he was very helpful and sweet. He made sure to work out a deal for me because they were out of inventory for the natural wave. But we worked it out and i got the body wave in a 16 inch and 18 inch. Great hair quality and amazing customer service!!Walked in on a Sunday to purchase a full lace wig, couple days later I did not like the style of it on me so I emailed Rocky and asked if I can exchange/refund.  He responded very quickly and offered the exchange.I went back the day after and exchanged for wefts.They were very accommodating, patient, and willing to work with me.Carlos ended up assisting me when I went the second time around and he was very sweet.  They texted me to let me know when the weft is available for pick-up and made sure they were with me every step of the way.The hair is amazing and also I purchased mink eyelashes that I fell in love with!!They gained a very return customer.Thank you!! Where do I even start. I stop wearing weave/wigs for a few years, I told myself until I found better quality hair I won't be wearing any. I'm doing research I stumbled across hair maiden Indian. The process was a breeze from start to finish. Their response time was so quick. Answered all my questions and I mean all lol because I had a lot. I had the pleasure of visiting Hair Maiden India a few weeks ago in search of purchasing raw unprocessed hair, this establishment surpassed my expectations. Carlos the sales representative was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the different regions of hair. The display showcases hair from north, south, east, and west India. How amazing is that?! After three hours of indecisiveness, I purchased 3 bundles and a closure. My stylist was amazed by the quality of the hair and expressed that she would recommend her clients to purchase hair from Hair Maiden India in the future. The hair is pricey but you get what you pay for! Carlos thank you for the amazing experience and customer service. This young man is such a kind beautiful soul, it took me FOREVER to select my desired bundles and he was very patient and understanding during the process. I wanted to say thank you to the owner of Hair Maiden India for making my experience at the salon enjoyable. I am from New York City and I was just on vacation in Los Angeles when I was looking to get a sew-in during my stay! Someone in town recommended that I stop by South Figueroa and go to Hair Maiden India... I always expected that picking out hair would be an overwhelming experience, but BOY - it felt like a dream come true! Walking in, Rocky, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming; he made me feel like I was at home. He provided me with patience and never rushed me as he helped me pick out the type of hair that would best suit my face and look best on me! He gave me information on how to keep the hair looking good and healthy, and techniques to wash and condition the Natural Wave bundles that I bought in order to ensure that it lasts long during my wear. My goodness! This hair is soooo amazing. I have been able to wear it over and over again. I get tons of compliments. It's soft, colors well, and doesn't tangle. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable about the hair. They even have recommendations on where to get it colored and stylists to install the hair. Alright guys here the Tea ....I came across this hair page on instagram & I was like wow this is real hair from India so I decided to research some more & saw that they not only have bundles closers wigs frontals every texture of hair you need or looking for but they sale this awesome tea that has CBD crystals it was so good. The quality of the hair is amazing, it's doesn't shade. It goes from wavy to straight really fast I've had this hair about almost a year now & I love it. Not gonna lie. I was skeptical. I had been burned by so many hair companies in the past who had sold me nothing but bad hair that tangled only after a few days. How could I be sure that this company would be legit? I needed hair pronto so I started my research on Hair Maiden India. I GOOGLED the hell out of them! I found every Yelp review, Google review, YouTube video, Facebook comment I could find. I tried to find out about their company history. Who was this couple that claimed they knew the real deal about the origins of Indian hair? That guaranteed their hair was the best in the game? Three days I researched and when I felt I knew all I could, I called on a Friday night and made an appointment for Sunday morning. Fast forward to Sunday and I met Honika in the parking garage when I had trouble finding parking outside. She was incredibly kind and ushered me into the showroom where I got to touch and hold all the hair I had been reading about online. The hair felt heavy, double drawn and silky! It also smelled pretty good too! Honika was so nice and explained the hair in great detail, even how in addition to sealing the wefts, they use a four head machine to sew the the wefts together to prevent shedding. Her husband, Rocky, totaled up my items and even let me use a discount code on their three bundle package, which was two 16" bundles and a 20" because they were out of the 18" hair. Honika made me feel so comfortable and I walked out feeling really confident about my purchase! I washed the hair before my install and it came out just as gorgeous as the day I bought it! I've had it in for three days now and I've had no problems. The 20inch has tangled a TINY bit but I attribute that to the fact that I'm kinda short and really shouldn't wear anything past 18" because it gets roughed up by the friction from my clothes. Beyond that, the 16" bundles are doing great. I foresee no issues with this hair.Thank you Rocky and Honika for all your help! I have been getting extentions for about eight years now, and have tried several different companies hair. I have always had to get my hair done a few weeks because if I had a special occasion because it took that long for it to be full and the way I like it.
