I booked Katie for our wedding at Mythe Barn in April and it was one of the best decisions I made! I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, so during the trial Katie spent time trying a variety of styles to help me decide. On the day, all of my bridal party commented on how friendly and easy to talk to Katie was, and all of us really loved our hair styles. She did a fantastic job and also worked quickly so we were all on time. I am also super grateful as a button actually came off my dress and Katie helped to fix it back in place literally minutes before the ceremony. Having used Katie for my hair for colouring and various occasion's , I also used her for my wedding hair and the bridal parties! My sister booked Katie for her wedding today to do my sisters hair and her bridal party. After being used to one hairdresser only and knowing the way I like my hair ( I’m super fussy) I didn’t think I’d let anyone else touch it! Well I was wrong! Katie put my hair up in a lovely bun with braids that I had showed her an image off Pinterest. I had second thoughts once she had done it and wanted more of a natural look so she took it all out without any bother at all , re curled it and then put it all back up into an amazing style which I loved. It stayed in place all day from when she did it to when I took it out at midnight! If anyone has the patients to deal with a fussy client it’s Katie! Outstanding work and first class service! Katie is a fantastic hairdresser and stylist. I knew from the first time she did my hair for my son's christening that I would book her for my wedding (I wasn't even engaged! ) and I have since used Katie on several occasions and have always been amazed by her talent. I can't wait to have Katie to do my hair for my wedding and for various other events in the meantime and after! Highly recommend. ��� NOW MARRIED! Katie was literally an angel on my wedding day. Yes she made me, my mum , bridesmaids and flower girl look beautiful with amazing hair styles but it was so much more. She helped us stay calm, have a laugh, relax and most importantly she was the one to get me into my perfect dress, staying literally until we left for the church to make sure everything (above & beyond hair) was just perfect. My awkward sister (�) had a change of style once katie had already stood and done her first complicated style, but that wasn't an issue for Katie, she just re did it! I'm pretty sure most would have quite rightly said they didn't have time. My mum doesn't have easy to style hair and usually just has it curly, surprise surprise Katie had a master plan and came up with a brill style for my Mum! Katie made me feel so calm & relaxed and I honestly don't know how it would have been without her, especially when it came to getting into my dress with what seemed like a million buttons on the back. Nothing was too much trouble for Katie! Katie did mine and my four bridesmaids hair for my wedding on 11/08/2017 .what can i say but she was truly amazing she made me feel like a princess and made my bridesmaids feel the same . What can I say, Katie is amazing and it was so stress free too. I found Katie through social media and also various recommendations and I went for a wedding hair trial some months before my big day. I knew what I wanted and she worked her magic and it was perfect. I also asked her to do hair for my 5 bridesmaids, she created a gorgeous relaxed style just what I had asked for. I had my hair done by Katie a couple of years ago as a bridesmaid to a wedding she was hired for, myself the other bridesmaids and the bride were all delighted with our hair on the day. I first found Katie via Facebook when the makeup artist I booked for my wedding (Kaye Salmon) had tagged Katie on a wedding morning they'd both been at. I'd been struggling to find a hairdresser for our wedding and as soon as I saw Katie's profile and photos I had to get in touch! Since then, I have been visiting Katie's salon for regular cut, colour and and blowdrys (well over a year!) leading up to the wedding. Katie did my hair, my Chief Bridesmaid's hair and my Mum's hair on the wedding morning and we had trials beforehand to decide on styles. The styles were exactly what we asked for and, most importantly, stayed in place all day! I received so many lovely comments about my hair on the day and ever since too. Katie was such a pleasure to have with us on the wedding morning. She even went above and beyond to step in and help a couple of Bridesmaids with their hair and was there right at the last crucial moment to make sure my veil was securely in place in my hair! Katie is amazing not only did she do my Daughters hair & bridal party hair styles she also helped with sorting my Daughters last minute hitch when my car was awaiting the mother of the bride by sorting the dress ties out and pushing them in the dress with a spoon. I went to Katie yesterday to have an up do done for a special occasion. She was so lovely and fab at what she does!!! I went in with a photo of what I liked the look of/had in mind. Katie did my two bridesmaid, mum and myself for my wedding on Saturday. She was amazing. She styled my hair to absolute perfection, creating the soft updo I wanted. All our our hair stayed beautiful throughout the day. Her calm presence during the morning was exactly what I needed, especially when I had a mini meltdown after messing my hair slightly when getting my dress on.
