Joey’s been cutting hair for two and a half decades. From the get go he’s had an eye and feel for design,…intuitively knowing which cut works well with this or that head shape or facial feature. In 2000 after working at a friends salon for a half a decade, Joey began renting space in a major Seattle salon going on to open his own private studio in NE Seattle in 2006.

I went in because I had some purple put in my hair in August, and it is gone, but the streak that had been bleached for it remains and looked like gray hair. I really liked Annie, and told her to do what she thought would work best with whatever color she thought was good. She put in 3 different colors, covering up the bleached areas, plus a few other streaks. I LOVE it. It is subtle, but noticeable especially when the light hits it. I will definitely go back when it is time. I am repeating myself, but I will tell all my friends - it was a GREAT experience! More...

Crystal is amazing! I wanted to make a big change to my hair color but not the length. She gave me exactly the shade I was going for, even though I didn’t know the best way to achieve it.
