My children all have additional needs, Chloe is calm, patient and gentle with all of them. She manages to cut my 2 year olds hair and usually she won't let anymore near her! She's punctual and lets you know if there's a problem. Only missed one appointment because her baby was in hospital and she let us know as soon as possible.
