Simply Fantastic! I thoroughly recommend Monica at Hair 2 The Throne, she keeps my hair looking fantastic. It's so nice to go to a salon where you get one on one service and you know that you're going to come out looking fantastic. Ladies, how many times have you sat in a salon waiting your turn, only for the hairstylist to do someone else before you or do something else. You're appointment was at 10am and its now 12pm and nothing has been done?! As black women in the UK we all know this dilemma, going to a salon is a whole day situation. So Hair 2 The Throne is such a welcome breath of fresh air. I came to my recent appointment with the wrong hair and Monica acted quickly and drove me (which she didn't need to do!) to a hair shop to purchase the right hair to come back to style my hair. My appointment went over but she continued in order to make sure that my hair came out great. Thank you so much Monica, you saved me! I trust Monica with my hair and she is such a lovely hard working woman. I know that when I get my hair done i will come out looking and feeling great. I decided to try Hair 2 The Throne, one2one Wig making class. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. Monica Wanted me to understand what goes into making and coloring A wig. She gave me a 5 star teaching experience, by spreading it out Over a 2 day period. Day one I learn how to Color My wig bundles like a professional also bleach the lace. Monica was absolutely patient with me, she took her time to explain and was happy to repeat. Day two.... was wig making time Which I thought, I would be rubbish at sewing The wig onto a cap. Monica technic was a breeze, by the middle of the day I felt like a professional . My whole experience has been amazing I can't thank Monica enough, Monica is extremely talented . Her Standard of professionalism Is of such a high quality. I've been to many hairdressers In my time whereby they are on the phone, leaving you to wait around, other clients coming in and out. Hair 2 The Throne's ratings and reviews speak for itself. The success of this salon is down to the high level of service from enquiry to aftercare, provided by Monica, the owner. I approached Monica for advice on lace frontals and full lace wigs, being somewhat of a novice to these things as I wanted to treat my mum to a little makeover, needless to say, Monica was so helpful in explaining what hair to use and what the process of creating a bespoke unit would entail. When my mum visited the private salon and met with Monica for her appointment, she was able to relax and enjoy the personal experience, leaving with a cheerful disposition, and a gorgeous new hairdo. Finally, I have found a hairdresser that can achieve the look I have been longing for! Absolutely blown away by my first appointment! ! I brought a picture and she nailed it. The first ever salon who has managed to tame my beyond 4C hair! Monica has a very warm personality along with an incredible talent. It’s really refreshing to find a stylist who really knows their stuff. The high level of customer service at this salon is excellent. Today I collected my first wig from Monica, previous to this I went to the salon to have a consultation, Monica made me feel at home and took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't put any pressure on me to buy a wig but instead told me to take my time to decide because it is my first wig.
Today I had a lovely experience, Monica did a good job trimming my ends, no rush, took time to check that I was happy with my wig which I absolutely love. I Highly recommend Monica for wig making, I will be back for more hair appointments.

I visited Monica's salon for the first time this week to have crochet braids done on my hair.
I was highly impressed by Monica's warm and friendly customer service which is often lacking in many of the previous hairdressers I have experienced in the past.
She displayed a high degree of professionalism and her work was top-notch. Her prices are reasonable and l left the salon feeling that it was money well spent.
I will definitely be returning and I would gladly recommend her services to friends and family.
