Working with Roya was an amazing experience for my wife and I. She and her legal assistant, Rosa, were extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had used a different attorney prior to this and had not been satisfied. The experience with Roya was a night and day difference. I want to start off with apologizing for my very late review for Habich, Law PLC. It was thanks to Roya and Rosie’s outstanding work with my husband’s immigration case that we’ve had the privilege to have such an amazing year of traveling and reuniting with family whom my husband had not been able to see in 16 years! The journey may have seemed unreachable at first but when you meet these two individuals that truly have a passion for helping others, you’ll feel that comfort we felt the moment we placed our trust in them.We could not be more thankful to Rosie and Roya. Under the new administration, there were many changes In the immigration process and they were both there informing and updating us every step of the way. They were always professional and personable. As a same sex couple we thought there were going to be more obstacles we would face than an average situation. Thankfully it was painless and just required patience. In total the case took about a year and half, although it was longer than expected, there was no worries from our side because we knew were taken care of and consistently updated. My husband needed additional help before the interview but Roya assisted us in further interview preparations. We really appreciated Roya accompanying us to the interview which helped us be more at ease. I would recommend going to Roya’s assistance because they are on top of all the immigration changes and uphold high standards of trust, confidentiality, and professionalism.
