Unprofessional translation service.
If you need basic translation it will be fine. If you need professional translation don’t go for them.
There were text messages in Egyptian Arabic language needed to be translated by the court, I asked them first if they have an Egyptian translator, they said yes. But obviously they didn’t.
They make a complete mistranslation. I will write some examples, only Egyptian could understand me.
زي ما طلّعتي عليا اشاعات هتطلعلك
It should be translated: As you make up rumours about me, rumours will be made up about you.
They translated: The same way you spread rumours about me, I am going to do the same.
بطلًّع كلام
It should be translated: making rumours or making up stories.
They translated it: Go Out!!
اقعدي وانتي مطلقة
It should be translated: Stay here while you are divorced
They translated: Stay divorced!
مصورالكو انا ايه
It should be translated: make up a picture of me.
They translated it: took pictures of me!
راجعة البيت بالعيال
It should be translated: She returned back home with the kids.
They translated: You are returning home with the kids.
الانجليزي مش لغتك الام
It should be: English is not your mother language
They translated: You are not English native!
في المطعم للعيال تجيبو حاجات يبلاش
It should be translated: In the restaurant, bringing free food for the kids.
They translated: You can get things fir free for the kids from the restaurant!
Finally, translating for the court is something extremely serious, if you can not provide professional translation, please say “sorry I can’t provide“
Your translation for the court is something extremely serious and this company have no clue what they are doing.
