I have been going to Gymkata for just under 2 years. This has been my first experience with personal training and it has taken my physical fitness to another level. It has definitely been a challenge, but if you put in the time, commitment and consistency, you will see amazing results. You can start at absolutely any fitness level. The workout routines are constantly varied and so it does not get boring and keeps challenging you. If you are someone who is not comfortable in large commercial gyms, this is a great place to be. It is a smaller facility with a more individual focus and a supportive, friendly, non-intimidating environment.
