Initial Session is complimentary, we will spend an hour together gathering information such as medical history, injuries, eating habits, goals, best days and times for your training. Weigh in includes weight, body fat, muscle mass, BMI, visceral fat as well as your body age. Measurements and a mini work out to gage your abilities your strengths and what you need the most assistance with.
