Gym in a Box

Gym In A Box is to be found at the Morningside Sports Club in Morningside, Durban. It offers a wonderfully unique gym experience to all Durbanites. First of all I just love the fact that there are no minimum 24 month debit orders, just a monthly payment of R350 . If you don't come for a month or so you don't pay. It's as simple as that! The gym is literally in a box but equipment sprawls out on to a former bowling green which makes for a great outdoor experience. There is space to run, walk, exercise, push weights and just enjoy the buzz that is going on. Anyone who knows me will know that exercise and I mix as well as oil and water do. Well, that's how it used to be. Under the watchful and concerned eye of owner and sports maestro Saabir Perry, a man with years of experience who really knows what he is doing I am really enjoying my time there. I feel as though what I am doing will result in a fitter, leaner, healthier me. For those wanting personalised training this is available at additional cost with Saabir or any one of the other eight trainers using the facility. So, do come and try it out.
