After a complete bodge job by someone who shall remain nameless Mike fixed it all ! . He completely striped out my bathroom down to the bare walls. Had new full length shower tray installed,fixed shower panel , changed all the pipe work for toilet, sink and shower , new wall cladding and flooring , he even put my light up. All done in 3 days. Mike is extremely hard working , very punctual.... even early , friendly and easy going , cleaned up the mess and left it all neat and tidy. Had a skip to take all the rubbish away (plenty of it). Called GY Plumbing to fix a leaking bag room sink. Mike arrived & after a rapid assessment he fixed it in about 15 minutes! ! I also asked him to replace existing kitchen taps for new ones. Mike, of Great Yarmouth Plumbing, is an excellent communicator. I e-mailed for a quote on a Saturday afternoon and he replied within five minutes, arranging to visit on the Sunday. His quote was considerably less than the other two quotes and he was able to give me a start date for just two weeks afterwards. The work was completed in just two and a half days with minimum disruption despite this being a bedroom converted to a bathroom so needing considerable alterations to the plumbing/drainage arrangements. He and his co-worker were at all times courteous and responsive to changes required. I have had cause to call Mike out twice now. The first time he arranged to attend my plumbing problem early one morning and arrived exactly on time. Problem sorted quickly and efficiently.The second time was more of an emergency as I had something like a waterfall gushing gallons of water out of a burst pipe.Amazingly, Mike was with me within 5 minutes of my panicked phone call and again sorted out the problem quickly.Can't recommend him highly enough. We are refurbishing a house in Great Yarmouth that had been empty for some time. Based on Yell.com reviews we asked Mike to install a new bathroom. He initially came out the following day to give us an emergency water supply as there were a couple of leaks in the very old system. The bathroom went so well and at a great price that we asked him and his colleagues to do the central heating system. Another super job. Next on the list...the new shower room! Mike installed a new bath and handbasin after taking out the old shower unit and handbasin. It was a tough old job, but he has such a good nature he took it all in his stride. Mike responded to a call I made while looking for a plumber to repair or replace a wall mounted mixer shower. He was very patient in understanding the issue and explained possible options. And within a day, he contacted my tenant, arranged a visit and replaced the mixer shower - supplied & fitted the unit for a very reasonable rate. Had problems with the new bathrooms suites and my plumber was taken ill so called Mike out and he arrived early sorted out the split overflow pipe and moved shower pipework even replacing the tile asked seen some there without being asked to and checked sinks and gave some advice about boilers and water heaters for going forward so great fast service clean and efficient will use again no problem :-)

Mike Partington from Great Yarmouth Plumbing responded to a message I posted on their Facebook page regarding a dripping washing machine hose in my kitchen. It wasn't an urgent job but Mike came to mine in Lowestoft a few days later and reviewed the problem. Well has to be said we was a little worried about getting a plumber online but boy oh boy are we glad we did, mike the plumber who did our job was simply superb, he was polite, he was very detailed in his job and was very honest, we had a bathroom shower and sink installed and all tiled as well and to a wonderful standard, totally recommend this service to anyone and I might add was the cheapest quote we had thank you mike and manor we certainly got the best deal in town.

I called Manor Plumbing Services after a intruder alarm engineer accidentally screwed a floorboard straight into a radiator pipe. Less than half an hour later Mike was on site and had the pipe repaired just half an hour after arriving. His pricing is by far the most reasonable of any tradesman I have ever used, I could hardly believe it when he gave me the invoice! His standard of work is high and he is courteous. I cannot recommend Mike from Manor highly enough and will be using him for any future plumbing work I need completing. 5 stars from me! More...
