Guy is totally professional, friendly and designs individual training sessions bespoke to you and your level of fitness. .. I went from completely unfit and dreading the thought of exercise to actually enjoying it and booking extra sessions! Everyone needs Guy! More...

Fantastic PT! So pleased we found him. His sessions are always new and challenging. I'm really noticing the improvement in my fitness levels and the inches I'm losing! ... Love that he always encourages and is positive and is incredibly patient (I know I can be annoying with my constant chatting :-) ). Always willing to help even when it's not a training day. He has provided lots of useful info on training plans in the gym and at home as well as some nutritional advice. Can't recommend him enough! More...

I have just finished a 6 week Personal training plan with Guy and he is brilliant. I can highly recommend him. Guy has an amazing balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your training without screaming at you or feeling like you accidentally joined the marine’s lol! My weekly sessions started at 5.30am and were something I really looked forward to every week, even when I was still sore after the session the week before, it is a great way to start the day. I have seen some real results from working with Guy, I am a lot fitter, healthier, more toned and can finally get in to those trousers I’ve had my eye on. Guy Sumner PT, What can I say? Brilliant!!!After putting myself through a gruelling 6 weeks of physical humiliation, I signed up for another 6 weeks and will be back again for even more soon…. yes Guy I will be back….SorryI am still undecided whether it was pleasure or pain but it was well worth the early morning starts. I managed to lose inches and pounds as well as raise my energy levels and improve my diet. Not an easy challenge with all my medical issues and dietary restrictions.The 300 assessment was a killer and showed Guy what he had to work with and the realisation of how unfit I was. His ability to make the session enjoyable even with the dreaded ropes, I saw and felt the rewards each week especially on the next 300 Assessment which I managed to complete. I won’t make it on his leader board or win the hamper at Christmas but knowing how everyone else performs is evidence of how fit and healthy he can get you and I can see the results myself. I particularly love the fact he stretches out with you, when quite clearly he didn’t put any effort into joining in the rest of the session with me.Great work Guy, I feel 110% better than when I first started and I know how obstinate I can be when I don’t want to do something yet you managed to spark my enthusiasm and I enjoyed my sessions. I approached Guy for some training advice before going on holiday to lose some weight after having knee surgery and being very inactive. I also asked how I could change my diet for the good of my long term health. I started to see results after just a couple of weeks and was chuffed with how I looked for my holiday 6 weeks later. Since being back I have maintained my PT sessions with Guy and carried on utilising all of the advice he provides. This has in turn enabled me to play weekend football again and strengthened my core and I am fitter now than I ever have been. He changes the workout for each session so it’s always different. I find this keeps the sessions enjoyable but also gets me working to my full potential and stretches me so I know and feel I am making progress long term. The other massive plus for me is that having a very busy schedule, he works around me, to find a suitable time and location for our sessions. When I have had questions and asked Guy for advice on any given day away from our PT sessions he always responds the same day which is helpful. If you are looking for short term or long term gains, I recommend using Guy without delay. More...

Guy is an exceptionally talented trainer who proves his worth through the knowledge he continually builds. Over the past 12 weeks I have seen a large change and the passion he has for what he does every time we speak. I have been a client of Guy Sumner for a few months now and found his knowledge and services to be very beneficial. I had initially contacted Guy for nutritional advice but with the essence of wanting to do best for his clients, he soon helped me realise what it actually was that I wanted to achieve. As a result I enrolled in his programme, starting off with him sitting me down and learning about me and my goals. From there, he constructed a fitness regime designed specifically for me to ensure I had a clear understanding of what I was doing and why I was doing it, with realistic and achievable goals set along the way. I approached Guy looking to change my lifestyle and focus on my fitness, primarily to look at my overall health but also help improve my Squash game. Guy provided the nutritional advice I needed and we worked on interval exercise programs to specifically help increase my effectiveness around the squash court. Keep each session enjoyable yet challenging. Each session is also different, no 2 sessions are the same.

To get what you want you need 'Persistence', you need 'Patience', you need to be able to put in 'Hard Work' and have the 'Motivation' and 'Determination' to get to your goals.
