Gwen did an outstanding job with our wedding cutting cake and cupcakes. Our guests had endless compliments about the cupcake flavors we chose (Bavarian creme, German Chocolate, Chocolate w/ raspberry filling, and vanilla bean) and we loved how beautiful they looked! Highly recommend!

Let's make sure I hit all the points: 1.) She answered my phone calls and and accepted emails to make sure she made the cake the way I requested 2. ) Everything was ready and easy to pick up on time 3.) The cake was beautiful and incredibly good. She used frosting that was light, whipped and buttercream on two tier cake with vanilla cake, raspberry filling and custard cream 5.) Wow! Gwen out did herself yet again. Gwen is always a professional. Not only are her cakes beautiful but they are heavenly and so affordable. Thank goodness this is my last wedding but I know there will be many more special occasions in my future and Gwen's will always be my go to for cakes. Of all the vendors for the wedding she and one other needed zero direction from me on the day of the wedding, adding zero extra stress. I just got married on Oct 14 and I highly recommend Gwen's Cake Decorating & Etc. as your baker. We ordered 175 cupcakes (red velvet with cream cheese, chocolate with raspberry creme, and white with Bavarian creme) and a two-tiered cake. I think we had 20 cupcakes left over, which my family quickly gobbled up the next day. I've gotten so many compliments about how good the cupcakes were. The frosting is very light, almost whipped and isn't greasy or heavy feeling. The staff arrived on time and set up the cupcake stand very beautifully. The cake and cupcakes were decorated exactly as I asked. You should definitely check out the website and contact Gwen for your next event, you won't regret it.
