Moved into a new house in August and literally had a garden growing in my gutters! Called GutterTex for an estimate. They were prompt and very detailed with their estimate. I scheduled an appointment and they completed the cleaning. They also repaired a corner piece. There were no hidden charges, were extremely professional, and did what they said they were going to do. I am extremely pleased with Keith and his install crew! Keith was very professional in accessing my gutter needs and made practical suggestions that would provide me a more efficient drainage route. I was particularly impressed with his willingness to offer discounts, make invoice adjustments and easy online payment method. He also promptly delivered a computerized schematic of the gutter locations. I'd received 4 other bids for gutters, but Keith was the only one who included a photo of my home with color-coded markers of where each gutter, downspout, and flashing would be placed. This is what sold me, and I'm so thankful I chose him! The install crew, Jose and his partner (sorry, I never got his name) were phenomenal as well. They performed a perfect install and made minor adjustments according to my wishes. I am so pleased with their professionalism, expertise, and work ethic. They left my property clean and removed all debris/waste materials. I  have referred Gutter Tex to my neighbors and would use them again! Gutter Tex is one of the very best trades companies with which I have dealt in the Converse area.  Their estimator was highly professional and was able to discover some deficiencies in both my gutters and my drip guard.  They promptly scheduled the job and the tech completed it on the same day as scheduled.....working in the drizzly rain to finish it as scheduled.  If you like dealing with professional service companies, do not hesitate to call Gutter Tex for any repair, installation , or set up of leaf guards. He came out quickly and provided the most through bid of everyone we contacted. We knew exactly where the gutters were going to be installed because he sent pictures with the design of the gutter system they would be installing. Gutter Tex were extremely professional from the initial call, to proposal, and finally delivery of an excellent service. The workman called ahead of time and arrive on time. He cleaned out my gutters, as was requested, but he went the extra mile and swept the debris away from my skylights and then picked up all the debris that had fallen to the ground. Gutter Tex removed some old gutters from our home and installed new ones. The sales consultation was professional and informative. They did good work and the price was competitive. The only area where I think they could improve is in communication. They scheduled installation for me without really making sure I was okay with it, although I was okay with it. And something needed to be removed from the quote--the drip edge, since roofers had recently installed one--so I called and emailed to let them know. But after they did the work they charged me for it anyway, so I had to call them to get it refunded. Pretty minor, so I definitely recommend them. More...

I am new to Texas and moved into a spec house without gutters. The first thing people said was I needed them before the rains come. I could already see in the grass where all the water fell from previous rains. I looked up companies and liked the fact that this company was local and veteran owned. The reviews online were very good also. I made an appointment for an estimate and they were very thorough. They explained why they use the larger downspouts and rivets instead of screws for parts of the build. We picked colors and they took pictures of each side of the house. Later in the day I received an estimate and color photos with the whole install mapped out, very cool. On install day the showed up on time and went to town. The end result was better than I had hoped for. My cousin just had his done by another company (for more money) and just marveled at the quality parts and installation and regretted not using Gutter TEX. I don't know much about these things but I very happy with the price, installation, and professionalism. If I ever move I would definitely use them again. Very Happy. More...

My gutters were damaged during the recent hail storm.  I contacted Gutter Tex for an estimate and was given an appointment date.   Shortly thereafter I was given an estimated time for the scheduled date along with a weather disclaimer by email.The day before the appointment I received a pleasant confirmation call along with a reminder about the weather and that they usually make it to their appointments early.On the day of, I received an "I'm on the way" call 40 minutes prior to the appointment.  Two technicians arrived "early"  :-) assessed the repair work required, informed me of what it would cost and how to proceed.I received an email written quote that evening and was able to pay the deposit via credit card.The work was completed on the appointed date - did not have to be home.The final payment was charged and completion invoice submitted via email.Very professional and efficient for a small company.I would highly recommend them! My husband and I are new to Texas and were surprised to find our home only had gutters on the very front of the house. We googled the best gutter installers in the area and had three different companies come out to quote. When Kevin came to our home, he spent the most time measuring. At the end, he took the time to explain everything he did and showed me pictures he had taken to further explain why he was recommending what he did. This was so helpful! Based on that and the fact that we felt like Kevin came up with the most comprehensive plans for our needs, we chose to go with Gutter Tex.Installation went like clockwork. We just had Gutter Tex out to clean our gutters and install leaf guards and these folks were FANTASTIC. Everything from quote to scheduling to work completion was done with lots of details and before and after pictures along the way. We have a large oak tree in our backyard that was constantly clogging our gutters with acorns and leaves, and I'm ridiculously excited about not having to deal with that anymore! Amazing pressure washing service!! We have lots of stone landscaping and also some really huge live oak trees that result in lots of unsightly build up on the stone. We used Gutter Tex to power wash our cement driveway, walk-way, back patio, and pool area (pebbled surface). The results were fantastic! We had previously tried to remove some oil stains from the driveway with a borrowed power washer, without success, but after Gutter Tex (the stain had been there for years) you can't even tell there was ever a stain! We just had Gutter Tex power wash our cement driveway. I am *almost* beyond words to describe what a complete transformation they made with our driveway! We have cedar trees that line our driveway along with a few live oaks and pear trees scattered in the mix. The trees, over time, have caused a lot of soot and dirt to coat the driveway. While we own a do-it-yourself power washer - I estimate it would have taken no less than 25-30 hours to do our driveway ourselves, not to mention using tons of very precious water. Gutter Tex came out and completed the job considerably faster than what we could have, saving on water, and from the things we have power washed ourselves - I absolutely know we could not have done the job to the level that they did. We feel like we have a new driveway!!! I very highly recommend them and we will most definitely hire them in the future!!! (Included are some before and after photos. I took the photos at 7:30 am right before washing began, and again the following day at 7:30 am to showcase similar time and lighting. Very minimal editing done - only edits to equal out the images. The image with my feet in it was taken with my phone instead of my camera and was taken literally right in the middle of work showing an area washed right up again an area not yet washed. I have a lot of Red Oaks in my yard, once fall and winter arrive, all the leave fall and a good many of them collect in my gutters. They pack in and choke the drains to a point where water doesn't flow out very well. Last year was the first time I used Gutter Tex, as I'm getting older, and was very pleased with their work. The price was fair and they showed up on the day they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. So I kept their phone number and called them again this year. I wasn't disappointed, again the work was completed in a timely manner, the price was fair and they bagged the trash after they finished. We used gutter tex to install some gutters for us on a home we just purchased. They were slightly more expensive than another quote we received, but their quote was much more professional and detailed and we really liked that they color-matched the gutters to our home and included a picture of the suggested color. They were quick to come out and install everything and when there was a minor miscommunication after the install about the location of one down spout they quickly came and fixed it for us. After dealing with other gutter companies I will continue to use Gutter Tex.  Why?  They are responsive.  You won't have to chase them down to fix something on an install. They have a clear system and good follow up.  They come out when they say they are and I appreciate the reliability. They are not the least expensive.  They also require to keep your credit card number before completion of the job.  This is why I didn't give them 5 stars. Then again, I get it.  There are people who try to take advantage... it goes both ways. And I guess this way they get paid on time. As long as we are happy with the work it's fine. Our experience is that we have been satisfied and appreciate the professionalism and follow up.  They are about to come back out to do some repairs and my expectations are that we will continue to be satisfied with the quality of the work and the manner in which they conduct themselves. We're really pleased with the quality and look of our gutters... much nicer than what the home builder had to offer. The color blends in perfectly with the trim of the house. We were especially excited that they were able to do the job several weeks earlier than quoted. And the process was super easy - we didn't have to be home for the estimate or the installation. Requesting a quote was a breeze. George O. was who came out to my home and did our estimate. While I didn't have many questions to ask, he was very informative and gave information to me about questions other customers may have asked him in the past. We got 3 different quotes... one from Lowe's and the other from a competitor. After receiving Lowe's quote, we decided to "cut out the middle man" and we narrowed it down to the two companies. They were both in the same price margin (with Gutter Tex being a tad bit higher) BUT Gutter Tex offered more for almost the same price as the competitor. The way George mapped out how the job would be done on the pictures he took made it so easy for even me to envision how the gutters and down spouts would look. Both companies have qualities my husband and I look for when hiring a company but it was something about this company that stood out more. INTEGRITY! George didn't try to sell me on anything extra. He was very professional, up front and honest! I felt more confident with choosing Gutter Tex to take on our gutter installation. What helped even more was after making our initial decision, I came on Yelp and read the reviews. I understand everyone isn't going to be pleased with how this company implements their policies and procedures and I didn't let the two unfair negative reviews deter me from choosing this company. I'd also like to add that they support military and first responders and have a 10% discount for those whom that applies to. We've already accepted our proposal and we look forward to having the professionals at Gutter Tex come install our gutters.
