Shout out and ***** recommendation for Gussy Up Decor in Pleasant Hill. I posted a search on this site for someone to give my oak furniture and fireplace in my family room, a new, refreshed life. I received 3 responses, but only one of the companies actually kept appointments and gave me a quote. I went out on faith and awarded Malena Grotting Clegg and Krystal Endsley the project. Not only did they complete the job in the time they estimated I am overwhelmed at the beauty of their work, and the quality is just remarkable. My walls still need to be painted, and my floor is being replaced, but when those projects are completed, these old pieces will be the showcase of my home. Not only are these women excellent at their craft, they are quality people with values and integrity that my husband and I both valued. Just wanted to share the wonderful experience I had when I asked Gussy up decor to help me with my daughter's wedding, Malena and Krystal are both lifesavers. They sat down and helped create the vision that my daughter and I envisioned for her special day. They even made 2 custom pieces for the ceremony when we couldn't find any ourselves.
