I hired Gus and his team to do a complete refurb of my 3 bedroom house. I had a complete rewire of the property, plaster throughout walls and ceiling, new doors throughout, new floors, new pipework for downstairs which needed replacing, internal wall removed, new kitchen, windows and patio doors, utility room with downstairs toilet added and decorating throughout.
It was a massive job and I am absolutely thrilled with my new house!
Gus helped me choose suitable options to stick within my budget which was very helpful. He kept me updated every week with a financial spreadsheet to show what had been done and exactly where the costs had been allocated. The whole job took around 8 weeks and I was kept updated the whole way through the process.
Quality of work was of a high standard and Gus, and team were super friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend them and use them again myself for any other projects that I might have. More...

Gus and his team did a great job in renovating my flat. They re-did the bathroom, replaced the kitchen units, replaced the laminate floor in the hallway and replaced a couple of old radiators. Finally, they redecorated the whole flat.
The project finished on time, in budget and the end result was amazing. Well-worth the money. More...

Hi,
Just wanted to comment on Gus and his company Gus designs. I had what I thought to be quite a big job in my newly acquired home. Damp, damaged floor boards, a bathroom extension involving tiles to the ceiling and a loft which was semi converted. I called Gus made an appointment for him to come over, see the work and discuss our options with my husband and I. He said he would do some plans, took measurements and in a 3 day turnaround was back to explain every thing to us step by step. My husband and I were very impressed with his ideas and price considering he is a master builder and gave him the work. He surprised us, working with a small but efficient team, tidying up after the end of each day and in a shorter time than was quoted, we were good to go. I would not hesitate to recommend Gus Designs to anyone wanting good quality work.
