Best taxi company I have used in a long while, I was kept up to date with when the driver would arrive. Whilst on the journey the driver was very pleasant and enthusiastic with the conversation, he kept me updated on the time I should arrive at my destination. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! I recently used GU cars for a airport journey,, as soon as I booked it I received a confirmation text, on the day it informed me my driver was on his way putting my mind at rest, and again when he was waiting outside, the driver was smart, polite and helpful loading my bag into the car! Absolutely amazing service's. The cars always smell fresh and clean. There is always bottles of water to help yourself to. The cars are always on time and waiting for you.
To top this all of the drivers are lovely, friendly, chatty and always dressed extremely smart.
Scott who answers the calls and books the cars for us is always friendly and very charming, and a genuine nice man. I use this service since they opened and will not go anywhere else after the fantastic services they provide.
